Description
Our holiday home IJsselmeerStern is 90 square meters and suitable for a maximum of six persons. It is situated directly by the carp pond in the middle of the recreation park Cederlaan 90 and about thirty metres from the large swimming and fishing lake Groote Vliet. The IJsselmeer can be reached on foot in five minutes
Because of the great location by the carp pond you have your own fishing jetty. You can fish here free of charge from the jetty, as this is a private water body
The garden has a terrace and sufficient garden furniture. The property has a total area of approx. 270 sqm. There is a private parking space in front of the door. Further parking spaces are located in the front part of the park on a parking lot belonging to the park.
The holiday home IJsselmeerStern has a large living room with open kitchen on the ground floor. The facilities are designed for a minimum of six persons. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a storage room with washing machine.
The three bedrooms on the upper floor each have a wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one bedroom with single beds. The individual mattresses measure 90 x 200 cm. For our youngest guests there is an additional travel bed for children (suitable up to 3 years). On this floor is a large bathroom with shower and WC
Dogs are very welcome here! Dogs must always be kept on a leash on the park grounds, except in the dog toilets and on the property. The property is fenced in
In October and November 2020 we had our holiday home IJsselmeerStern completely renovated. The upper floor has been given laminate flooring, the whole cottage has been repainted and partly new furniture and accessories make our IJsselmeerStern shine. A fence has been installed at the footbridge to the carp pond. The fence makes it safer for small children to play and run around.
We offer our holiday home IJsselmeerStern in recreation park De Groote Vliet for rent all year round!

Location and surroundings of object
The village of Onderdijk is surrounded by water. The lake Groote Vliet, the recreation area De Vooroever and the IJsselmeer are in the immediate vicinity. From the West Frisian dike Omringdijk (West Frisian ring dike), which meanders along the village, you can look far across the IJsselmeer. The small village is situated about 55 km north of Amsterdam, in the historic triangle of Hoorn (20 km), Enkhuizen (13 km) and Medemblik ( km). The nearest North Sea beach can be reached in about 35 minutes by car.

Wervershoof is an ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds, whether by bike, car, boat or on foot. Explore West Frisia, probably the most beautiful province of Noord-Holland.

The house is very beautiful and cozy. The beds are super comfortable. A place to relax. The landlords are very nice. We will definitely go on vacation there again.

We have been fans of the Netherlands for a long time. With our children we have been to almost every beach. The IJsselmeer we got stuck. Here we fulfilled our dream of having our own house.
