Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday house will be lovingly furnished and equipped for a maximum of 4-6 persons and then offers everything for a relaxing holiday ... also with a dog.
The house is a separate sleeping hut about 45m2 large and is located directly on a canal with its own boat and / or anchor.
It has a comfortable living-dining area with 2 ektorp sofas, a dining table with 6 chairs all in Shabbychic, a new and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc, two bedrooms with 4 sleeping possibilities Washing machine, a new bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, all new and high quality wallpapers and flooring.
For relaxing there is a garden with a sun terrace and a bridge directly at the canal.
There is free wlan and satellite TV.
Fishing in the canals and the Karpfenteich is permitted without license, since it concerns private waters.
The rent includes additional costs for electricity, water and gas.
The spa / resort tax of € per person per night will be added.
Possible costs for the dog of € per dog / per day are also charged additionally. You can do this yourself thoroughly or can order it for 50, - €.
A security deposit of 100, - € is also to be paid.
The IJsselmeer is a 5-minute walk from the mobile home, as it is vis-a-vis the park. Not a minute away from the mobile home is the large lake, where you can also fish, but also swim and boating.
A trip through the canals is a very special experience and in Holland you can drive boats up to a certain size without boat driving license.
A boat rental is located directly in the park.
Shopping possibilities are enough in Wervershoof and Medemblik; Easy to reach by foot or by bike. The bicycle rental is directly in the park. The nearest small shopping market is located 900m from the campsite. 2 very well-stocked supermarkets and a small shopping mall can be found in the town center of Wervershoof. Other shops such as Aldi, Lidl, Albert Heijn are easily accessible by car.
The young and modern city of Lelystad, with the well - known Bataviastad outlet center, the world city of Amsterdam or the North Sea with its wide beaches, is situated on the Ijsselmeer and close to the old and historic harbor towns of Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn Park is an ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds, whether on foot, by bike, car or boat.
On the green shores of the IJsselmeer you will find exactly what you are looking for: peace, relaxation and yet plenty of variety. A paradise for children, water sports enthusiasts of every kind, cyclists, recreational or sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.
About 400 meters away is a recreational area with green lawns and sandy beaches. Other beautiful beaches can be found in this nature reserve of the Vooroevers in the direction of Medemblik and Andijk.
For example, during a walk along the green shores of the IJsselmeer, you can explore the many birdlife.
For the bathing and hiking the North Sea with its beautiful beaches invites. For example, the town of Petten with the wonderful newly built huge beach or camperduin, where a new lagoon has emerged, in which children can also safely swim, are reached in about 35 minutes. Wervershoof is a town directly on the IJsselmeers near the historical triangle Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn.

Just take a deep breath!
We really needed to feel the peace and quiet, come to ourselves and go back down and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Super cute accommodation, small but nice and very clean! You are equipped with everything you need. It takes less than half an hour to walk along the IJsselmeer, past small stretches of beach, to Medemblik, one of the beautiful harbour towns on the IJsselmeer.

Highly recommended!
We felt so comfortable in this little dream cottage. Everything is so well thought out. It lacks nothing, on the contrary, the cottage is equipped as comfortably as home. And super clean and well maintained. It really looks like the photos. Here you can feel the love for the cottage and also for us guests!
Thanks to the excursion tips on the website, we spent beautiful days here and also really recovered!
