Description

This semi-detached house is completely newly furnished and offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Thanks to the underfloor heating, it is pleasant at any time of year. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a Quooker, dishwasher, combination oven, and extensive kitchen inventory, so you will lack nothing.

The cozy living room features a large, comfortable sofa and a television. Games for adults and children are available for sociable evenings, and toys for the little ones have also been provided. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms as well as a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, and WC. The master bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed and a TV with Chromecast. The two other bedrooms each have two single beds, which can be pushed together if needed. Upon your arrival, the beds are already made and towels are provided for you. All windows are equipped with fly screens, so you can enjoy the fresh air undisturbed.

The spacious, sunny garden with a garden table for six people and two comfortable deck chairs is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the open view. Two free parking spaces are available, including a charging station for an electric car.

For additional comfort, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. A washing machine and a dryer can be used for a fee of €4.50 per use at the nearby campsite.
