Also, on the first floor is a bedroom with box-spring bed for 2 people and integrated bathroom with floor-level shower and separate washbasin. The toilet is in the entrance

Smoking is prohibited in our water villas and pets are not allowed. The water villas are very suitable for families. The villas are not rented to (groups of) younger people. The main tenant must be at least 25 years old and must be the contact person on site during the whole rental period
If it turns out that these criteria are not met, we have the right to cancel the booking immediately or to terminate the rental relationship immediately.

Each villa has a boat dock for your own sailboat or sloop. You can also rent a sailboat or sloop from us for one or more days or for your entire stay.
