Description
We welcome you to our cozy beach bungalow in Lemmer! This beautiful beach bungalow has been restyled and renewed in 2022. From a large terrace you enter a cozy living room which is fully equipped and cozy with an open kitchen which is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with a total of five made-up beds. A beautiful spacious bedroom with a wardrobe and an electrically adjustable Auping bed.
And a bedroom with a doubter and a bunk bed.
And finally a renovated bathroom with a shower and a toilet
The house has central heating and a cozy pellet stove. In the bungalow is a flat screen TV with multiple channels and you can make free use of WIFI.

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage on a plot of 666 square meters is located on the vacation park Iselmar on the Plattedijk in Lemmer. This park in Friesland is conveniently located for all the beauty that Lemmer has to offer. From the park you can walk to the beach in no time and you can also walk to the shopping center and supermarkets in Lemmer. You can park your car in the large parking lot of the park; the car can not park next to the house.
The spacious garden at the cottage offers a beautiful view of the World Heritage Site the Woudagemaal.
In the surroundings you can go cycling, swimming, walking, fishing or just enjoy the sunshine. Lemmer is, with its historic buildings and sailing route through the center, a very pleasant village. The atmosphere and the facilities, such as: restaurants, cafes with terraces, indoor swimming pool and stores will make you feel at home. The beach club is located on the beach and here you can eat and drink at any time of day. Below the club you can take a dip in the indoor pool. Across the road is hotel Iselmar. Swimming, sauna, fitness, squash, bowling or rent a boat? It's all possible here. You can get warm rolls in the morning or enjoy breakfast overlooking the marina.

Entspannung pur
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub im Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Deich. Das Ijsselmeer ist darüber in 1 Minute zu erreichen. Auch die schöne Stadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Die Gastgeber haben uns persönlich begrüßt und ein Willkommensgeschenk überlassen. Neben der Standardausstattung waren auch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kaffeepads, Pellets für den Pelletofen, einen Bollerwagen für das Gepäck, und Ähnliches vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Knus huis met prachtige tuin
We hebben een hele fijne week gehad hier. Mooie ligging aan de dijk en het IJsselmeer.
Je kan vanaf het huis over de dijk naar Lemmer wandelen.
Goede service van de eigenaren, ik was mijn chromecast vergeten in het huis. Deze hebben zij de volgende dag naar mij teruggestuurd.
Al met al zeker een aanrader.

Beautiful location for a relaxing holiday
Very pretty little house on the outskirts, therefore larger garden and nice and quiet. Very nice contact with the landlady in advance. Key handover was done contactless via safe. Everything you need can be found in the house. In the evening, the beautiful terrace invites you to linger. Very close to the path, which leads along the Ijsselmeer to the beach in about 15 minutes on foot. Lemmer itself is a beautiful place with many restaurants, cafes, small shops and several supermarkets. There is much to explore around Lemmer. Parking is not next to the house, it is a few minutes' walk to the parking lot of the bungalow park.
