Description

A cottage immediately on the water with 10 meters of own jetty. So immediately fishing at the house, swimming or boating, it is possible. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for 5 persons. Living room with TV (many German programs) dvd, kitchen with dishwasher/oven and microwave and guest toilet. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with single bed. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. Garden has terrace at the water and has a sunny position. Garden furniture/grill is available. Place Lemmer and beach Lemmer are about 1 km. away from the complex. On the complex you will find a supermarket, restaurant with terrace, mini golf, sports & playground for children. You can bring your own boat or rent a small one, we have a lot to offer. Ask for the possibilities, you don't need a ticket!

Location and surroundings of object

The cottage is situated on a complex, with several cottages. The complex has been built like a gate so that everyone in the garden has a great view. So every holiday home is by the water. There are several cottages next to each other, each with its own garden. The complex is located about 1 km. from the town centre and the beach. There is a supermarket, restaurant with terrace, minigolf and sport games for the children. Lemmer's an old fishing town. In former times the inhabitants lived from fishing. Not anymore but still it has a maritieme atmosphere and is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Lemmer is situated on the Ijsselmeer and the Frisian Lake District, so it is very suitable for small and large boats. Boating is very easy here, you don't need a ticket. With a small boat you can have a look at all the lakes, dock, have a picnic, eat ice cream or go for a swim in between. Friesland is a flat country, so it is also very suitable for cycling.

Modern & super equipped vacation home

The house is very modern and has everything one needs - especially in the kitchen. The terrace is very nice and invites you to relax in the sun. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
