Description
The detached bungalow is located in a quiet and traffic-calmed park directly behind the dike. The bungalow is completely isolated and has central heating. Thus, use in the autumn and winter months is unrestricted.
The property is completely fenced and surrounded by high hedges and therefore secluded.
It expects you a lot of privacy. Your children or your four-legged friends, can move around the property carefree. There are 2 terraces, in front and behind the bungalow and a lawn for sunbathing, playing etc.
At any time of the day, there is plenty of sun or shade, as you would like. The bungalow has a private car park (1 car) a few meters from the house.
The bungalow was currently renovated in early June 2018 and modernized.
The living area has been equipped with completely new furniture.
With the LED TV you can receive satellite TV (all German channels) as well as cable TV (all Dutch channels).
WLAN / WIFI is free of charge.
In addition to the modern living area with open kitchen, there is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The two bedrooms are equipped with 1x double bed with topper ( x ) and 1x 2 single beds ( x can be pushed together). In the dining area is a sliding door to the one on the two Terraces.
The outdoor area is equipped with garden table, 4 garden chairs with cushions, 2 sun chairs, 2 sun loungers with cushions and parasol. A bicycle in the annex may be shared.
If you arrive with your four-legged friend, you will find an orthopedic dog bed in the extension.
Also bowls for food and water are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow for 4 persons, located in a quiet and traffic-calmed bungalow park directly behind the dike.
The park has direct access to the sea and a beach is within walking distance.
Also four-legged friends come there at the separated dog beach on their ür anglers there is directly adjacent to the park, a first-class fishing waters. For children there is a playground at the park entrance.
On the beach is the Lemmer Beach Club, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening

In the basement of the Beach Club, there is an indoor pool with water slide and children's pool.
Opposite the bungalow park is the sports hotel "Iselmar" with large harbor, bar, restaurant, bowling alley, squash, swimming pool, sauna, boat rental and washing machines.
The infrastructure in Lemmer is excellent, so there are numerous shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes and grocery stores in the village such as Aldi, Lidl, Jumbo and Spar.

The place Lemmer:
Lemmer is a Dutch town on the edge of the IJsselmeer with about 8,520 inhabitants. It belongs to the municipality De Friese is one of Friesland's most important water sports and has a center function for the south of the province of Friesland. Lemmer is located in Lemsterland - a water-rich area with many lakes - next to the IJsselmeer for example still Tjeukemeer and Groote Brekken. These are suitable for many forms of water sports and fishing.
Ice skating is in Lemmer Volkssport. When severe frosts are announced, large parking lots are flooded and form - together with the frozen canals - large skating rinks. Also sailing is in Lemmer folk sports, with many sailing schools.
Lemmer was one of the most important fishing ports in the Netherlands and at times had a fleet of more than 140 ships. The Lemster Aak is the type of a historic flat-bottomed sailing ship and comes from Lemmer. The sailing yacht of Princess Beatrix, De Groene Draak, is a Lemster Aak. The importance of fishing dwindled with the construction of the dyke and the Flevoland embarkation. Today, Lemmer has a center function for the southern Friesland and the northern part of Flevoland. Due to the location at the end of the Prinses Magriet Canal and the proximity to the IJsselmeer, water sports tourism is of great importance today. Every year the Lemsterweek is held with a series of events. It attracts up to 85,000 people.

Well-maintained bungalow in a very beautiful location.
We felt very comfortable as the accommodation is very clean, tastefully decorated, and lovingly furnished. There was actually nothing missing! The beds are also very back-friendly. Close to the water and the city can be reached quickly by foot or by bike.

Super holiday home in a quiet location, yet not far from the center.

first of all, thank you very much for the gesture on the table. The holiday home can really be recommended. Everything you need for daily life was inside. It was super clean. The mattresses were great, as we slept very well. Our dog also felt comfortable. Lemmer is a nice little town. You can easily walk there. We think we will come back.

Great bungalow in a quiet location.
The bungalow is located in a great quiet location near the beach and is ideal for dog owners due to the fenced garden and protected view! We felt welcome as soon as we entered the front garden! The bungalow is nicely divided and there is nothing missing, the equipment leaves nothing to be desired! We loved the bikes and how everything was lovingly decorated. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the contact with the landlord was super nice and uncomplicated, we would love to come back with our dog!

A wonderful week
My impression of the flat: Small, but not cramped, very well divided. Sufficient space for 4 people. Rooms and furnishings, super clean and well maintained. The bedrooms (with mosquito nets!!) can be small. The living room is more spacious. The gas cooker took some getting used to. It was good that there were two TVs. I personally liked the fact that the garden is not visible.
I stayed in the holiday home with my friends, their grandson and three small dogs. Everyone found their place. I will gladly come again.

A great vacation ❤

Very relaxing vacation
We arrived and immediately felt "at home". Our little dog loved the fenced garden and stayed outside most of the time.
The bungalow is ideally located, the peace and quiet were wonderful. We experienced a very hot week, but we could relax nicely in the shade in the garden.
It got very warm inside, but by airing out in the evening, we slept wonderfully. It's also quick to get to the dike, walk to the jetty or the beach club. Dog beach very small, dogs are prohibited in other sections. However, one can sit or walk on the meadows everywhere. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back.

Pure relaxation!
The holiday home is superbly equipped and very cozy and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the peace in the beautiful garden and on the terrace. The property is completely fenced, which was great for our dog. The location is beautiful and very cozy. You can easily reach it on foot along the water or in a few minutes by bike. You really don't need a car there. Very nice contact with the landlord and property manager, who were always available and ready to help. We will definitely come back!

It couldn't be better

The bungalow is super nice and equipped with everything you need for everyday life. The furnishings are very beautiful and cozy. Ideal for a vacation with a dog. We found the dog beach a bit small, and swimming is not possible for the dogs because the water is very shallow. Lemmer is a very beautiful place, you can shop well and enjoy delicious food. Simply beautiful.
Even though the weather did not cooperate as we would have liked, we had a wonderful time in Lemmer. The car stayed with us for shopping. You could quickly cycle to Lemmer. The dog beach was great and clean. You can walk into the water for a long way. Ideal for children as well. Lemmer and the surrounding area are very clean, which is noticeable. The holiday home and the garden were great. We would have liked to stay longer. Equipment great and you have everything you need. We can highly recommend it.

It was an incredibly great vacation! The house is very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Very centrally located (shopping, restaurants, swimming pool, beach...) in the complex itself is a small playground where our children had a lot of fun. Our dog also felt very comfortable as there were many opportunities to go for walks with him. In short, it was a very nice stay and we will gladly come back!

Perfekt
We can highly recommend this bungalow. The house is equipped with everything you need and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Very cozy and beautifully quiet location, yet centrally located with short distances to the sea and to the very nice town of Lemmer. We will certainly be repeat offenders with our furry companions.
