Everything is on site; you might want to bring a few spices.
There is also a storage shed for bicycles on site.
If anything came up, the landlady was always there for us and also gave us some insider information.

Top amenities, just a few minutes to the beach, parking was always available on the street.
A small note about the layout: The stairs are quite steep. Going down to the ground floor to the toilet at night requires a bit of attention.
