Wunderschöner Urlaub
Ein ganz lieber Dank an Familie Zwart für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir können uns den Bewertungen der anderen Gäste nur anschließen: in dem Haus fehlt es an nichts, es ist sehr sauber und wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen. Egmond aan Zee ist für Strand- und Dünenwanderungen sowie Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad toll geeignet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

So shall it be.
We were two people in the holiday apartment and can recommend it 100%. We were welcomed with flowers, freshly baked cake, and wine. It really makes you feel welcome. The holiday apartment itself is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Nothing was missing in the kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available for private use. Although there is no designated parking space, it is not a problem to park in front of the house or very nearby. It is quite quiet in the apartment for such a bustling holiday place. It’s only a few minutes' walk to the center and the beach. The landlords are super nice, Mrs. Zwart speaks German quite well and takes her time for a little chat and also provides information about excursions and sights.

Relaxing holiday in Egmond aan Zee
We had a beautiful week in Egmond. Mrs. Zwart greeted us upon arrival with freshly baked cake and a bottle of wine. The house was equipped with all comforts. Dryer/washing machine/coffee maker—everything was available. The layout was great, with the bathroom with shower, kitchen, and open living room on the lower floor. On the upper floor, there is the toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with one single bed. The location is excellent, very centrally located to the beach and also to the center. Once parked, you can manage very well without a car in the town. Public parking is available at the house and also in the nearby area, which can be used with the parking pass. Mrs. Zwart had already taken care of the parking pass and the dune pass and handed them to us.
In summary: We really enjoyed it and would love to come back :-)

Great short break on the coast
We were welcomed very warmly upon our arrival with a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of red wine, and a freshly baked and delicious cake. The apartment has everything you need. We felt very comfortable and look forward to seeing you again. We would love to come back. Family Gather from Kempen.

Vacation with my 6-year-old granddaughter
The house is equipped with loving details, state-of-the-art technology also in the kitchen. The location to the beach is perfect, bakery and supermarket are just around the corner. The landlady is very nice. A holiday to feel good.

Lovely stay with a desire to return
We, 2 adults with a 1-year-old child, had a wonderful holiday in this great 2-story apartment. We were warmly welcomed with delicious cake and fresh flowers. Everything was wonderfully clean and the apartment is really cozy. A stair gate and a high chair for our son were provided, and a travel cot was also offered to us. The kitchen offers a variety of cooking utensils and plenty of cutlery, and there is also an abundance of porcelain. There is a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, an induction cooker, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.
In the wardrobe of the children's bedroom, there is a vacuum cleaner, a laundry rack (there is also a washing machine and a dryer, but not everything can go in there), an iron, and an ironing board. Incredibly convenient, so we could travel easily.
I was very pleased with the blinds in the bedroom that could be operated by a switch. I don't know how to darken the children's room though.
Overall, I have to say that the apartment and its furnishings are well thought out.
The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for our mobile phone usage.
The apartment has a separate entrance with a fenced terrace (great when traveling with toddlers or. Crawling child sitting on terrace). The host is super nice, lives next door and by the way speaks good German. The accommodation does not have a designated parking spot, but rather a zone where you can park with a permit, which apparently applies even to residents. You can briefly stop in front of the apartment for loading and unloading. This was not a problem for us. There is, however, a bicycle garage for the bicycles :-)
There are several shopping options (Jumbo= around the corner, Albert Heijn approx. 1.5km away)
The beach is about a 5-minute walk away.
We would love to come back again!

Stay with daughter and granddaughter.
We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Zwart, so we felt comfortable right away. The holiday apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy and modern furnishings. The proximity to the beach is perfect. I would recommend renting the holiday apartment from the Zwart family at any time.

Eine Unterkunft mit allem
That was the best accommodation we have had in Egmond so far. The Zwart family had thought of everything in the furnishings, which were very modern and comfortable, including even small items (tape, band-aids, pens, paper towels, etc.). We felt completely comfortable. The Zwart family was very friendly and helpful. If we go to Egmond aan Zee again, we will only stay there.
