Comfortable holiday apartment
We were there with three people. The apartment offers all the facilities necessary for a pleasant stay. There is a cozy terrace and the rooms are spacious. Everything is clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Nice holiday home, very tidy
Nice holiday home, everything is present. Good beds and a nice sofa. In the kitchen, everything is available; you can’t think of anything that isn’t there. Nice shower. Short walking distance to the center and the sea. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine and a delicious homemade cake ready. The owner is very friendly. Recommended!!

Beautiful vacation
A big thank you to the Zwart family for this wonderful vacation. We can only agree with the reviews of the other guests: the house has everything you need, it is very clean, and we were warmly welcomed. Egmond aan Zee is great for beach and dune walks as well as bike trips. We can only recommend the accommodation.

So shall it be.
We were two people in the holiday apartment and can recommend it 100%. We were welcomed with flowers, freshly baked cake, and wine. It really makes you feel welcome. The holiday apartment itself is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Nothing was missing in the kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available for private use. Although there is no designated parking space, it is not a problem to park in front of the house or very nearby. It is quite quiet in the apartment for such a bustling holiday place. It’s only a few minutes' walk to the center and the beach. The landlords are super nice, Mrs. Zwart speaks German quite well and takes her time for a little chat and also provides information about excursions and sights.

Relaxing holiday in Egmond aan Zee
We had a beautiful week in Egmond. Mrs. Zwart greeted us upon arrival with freshly baked cake and a bottle of wine. The house was equipped with all comforts. Dryer/washing machine/coffee maker—everything was available. The layout was great, with the bathroom with shower, kitchen, and open living room on the lower floor. On the upper floor, there is the toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with one single bed. The location is excellent, very centrally located to the beach and also to the center. Once parked, you can manage very well without a car in the town. Public parking is available at the house and also in the nearby area, which can be used with the parking pass. Mrs. Zwart had already taken care of the parking pass and the dune pass and handed them to us.
In summary: We really enjoyed it and would love to come back :-)
