The newly renovated 70 m2 holiday home with underfloor heating is cleverly designed for up to 4 people and has its own entrance and fenced garden.
A free parking card is enclosed for your stay.
The holiday home is only 150 metres from the beach and the boulevard, and you can reach the cosy fishing village in just 3 minutes on foot.
Enjoyment by the sea, just like the name says...
This beautiful house is much more spacious than other holiday homes in Egmond aan Zee.
It stands out because this house has 2 large bedrooms on 2 floors, so you can experience a lot of space and also a lot of privacy.
The holiday home has 2 toilets and is therefore also very suitable for families with children or couples who want to get away from it all.
When you enter the holiday home, you will find yourself in the hallway, where the first toilet is located.
On the ground floor there is a harmonious and very stylish living room, which is furnished with luxurious furniture. The sofa is large enough for you to lie on. There is also a comfortable luxury armchair in the living room.
This beautiful house also has a TV with all channels, even German channels, and of course free WiFi.
Next to the living room is the brand new, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area.
The kitchen has a coffee machine, a kettle, a large refrigerator, an oven and microwave combination, a dishwasher and a gas cooker with 4 burners.
The new and very modern bathroom is also on the lower floor and is equipped with a rainwater shower, a wc, a large bathroom cabinet with mirror.
Directly next to the bathroom is the first bedroom with a view into the garden.
From the kitchen you can go into the garden. This has a large table with 4 chairs. So you can also sit comfortably outside.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms.
In the first room there is a wardrobe and in this room there is also enough space to put a baby cot, for example, if you wish.
The second room is the second bedroom.
Since this holiday home is very large and spacious, it is ideally suited for families with children or couples with friends.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir hatten das Glück ein paar wundervolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbringen zu dürfen. Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und ist sehr gut gelegen.

everything is great
we spent a week in Egmond in this great apartment. It is quietly located but still central. You can quickly reach the beach, but also the town center. Everything was clean, nicely lit, and well equipped. We would like to emphasize the service of Sabrina and Patrick. The two were always accessible and took care of our questions and needs. That was a great contact. Thank you very much again. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

Praktisch
Ideale plek voor een paar dagen strand en prachtig duingebied. Praktisch maar toch gezellig ingericht. Leuke plaats als je van het buitenleven houdt, maar het huisje is ook geschikt om 's avonds gezellig samen te zijn. Klein, deels zonnig terras met voldoende privé

Wunderbare Urlaubswoche in Egmond
Die Wohnung ist wirklich super, ganz frisch renoviert ist alles sehr neuwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Die Ausstattung ist super, es gibt ein kleines WC und ein etwas größeres Bad mit WC, beides sehr neu.
Die Küche bietet neben Gasherd und kobinierterm Backofen/Mikrowellengrill alles was man benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen. Auf der kleinen Terasse im Innenhof kann man gemütlich morgens einen Kaffeee in der Sonne trinken.
Innerhalb von ca 4 Gehminuten ist man auch schon am Strand, innerhalb von 8-10min im Zentrum von Egmond aan Zee. Die Lage ist also perfekt.
Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Highly recommended!
We were the first in your lovely house by the sea. You have made excellent use of the space and decorated everything cozy and comfortable! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and had an amazing week. We were quickly in the dunes and on the beach, enjoyed lovely showers, and also appreciated the silence with occasional seagull sounds in the bedroom. We would love to come back sometime and I can recommend this house to everyone!

We are Patrick and Sylvia and come from the have together made a lot of beach vacations. A holiday for us had always near the sea have always dreamed of, and to live itself close to the beach. Our dream came true: We bought our house with the summer house in Egmond aan Zee. First, a more elaborate conversion brought a lot of work, but now everything is completely new and just as we have liked. Egmond aan Zee met all our housing requirements.
