Description
The freshly renovated holiday home, equipped with underfloor heating, is 70 m2, cleverly suited for up to 4 people and has its own entrance and its own fenced garden, as well as a private wellness area that is just a stone’s throw away.
You will also receive an electronic parking card for your stay.
The holiday home is only 150 meters from the beach and the boulevard, and in just a 3-minute walk you are in the cozy fishing village. Enjoyment by the sea, just as the name suggests. . .
This beautiful house is much more spacious than other holiday homes in Egmond aan Zee.
It stands out especially because this house has 2 large bedrooms on 2 floors, so you can experience plenty of space and also a lot of privacy.
The holiday home has 2 toilets and is therefore also ideally suited for families with children or for couples of friends who would like to retreat from time to time. When you enter the holiday home, you are in the hallway, where the first toilet is also located.
On the ground floor, there is a harmonious and very stylishly furnished living room, which is equipped with luxurious furniture. The sofa is large enough that you could also lie on it. In addition, there is a comfortable luxury armchair in the living room.
A television, which has all channels, including German stations, and of course free Wi-Fi, is also offered by this beautiful house. Next to the living room is the new, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area.
The kitchen features a coffee machine, a kettle, a large refrigerator, an oven and microwave combination, a dishwasher, and a gas stove with 4 burners.
The new and very modern bathroom is also on the lower floor and is equipped with a rain shower, a toilet, and a large bathroom cabinet with mirror. Directly next to the bathroom is the first bedroom with a view of the garden.
From the kitchen you can go into the garden. There is a large table with 4 chairs. This way you can also sit comfortably outside.
Upstairs there are 2 rooms.
In the first room there is a wardrobe and there is also enough space in this room to have, for example, a baby bed placed upon request.
In the second room is the 2nd bedroom. Since this holiday home is very large and spacious, it is ideally suited for families with children or couples who are friends.
A baby bed and a high chair can be provided upon request.
Wellness area
The private wellness area is spread over 2 levels and is located in the apartment complex at Wilhelminastraat 114D, and thus only a stone's throw from the holiday home.
Downstairs is the wellness area and upstairs is the relaxation/meditation room. In the wellness area, a large Finnish steam sauna, which you can also use as an infrared sauna, is available to you.
There is also a 2-person whirlpool with waterfall, as well as an ice bath, a shower, a toilet, and a hand wash basin.
In the upper area there are 2 lounge chairs, a coffee and tea corner, as well as a full-body massage chair.
Two yoga mats and a meditation corner are also located on this floor. You are welcome to reserve a wellness stay of 2.5 hours with us.

Cozy summer house with lots of privacy
Because the summer house has almost all rooms on the ground floor, it was very pleasant for us. The underfloor heating was also pleasant as the weather during our vacation was not so good, with a lot of wind and rain. Nevertheless, we were well equipped in the summer house and Egmond aan Zee always remains a beautiful place to return to.
Next time, we would book this house again.

everything is great
we spent a week in Egmond in this great apartment. It is quietly located but still central. You can quickly reach the beach, but also the town center. Everything was clean, nicely lit, and well equipped. We would like to emphasize the service of Sabrina and Patrick. The two were always accessible and took care of our questions and needs. That was a great contact. Thank you very much again. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

We are Patrick and Sylvia and come from the have together made a lot of beach vacations. A holiday for us had always near the sea have always dreamed of, and to live itself close to the beach. Near the sea we came namely completely to rest and could enjoy our time delightfully without reservations. In March 2016 was finally time. Our dream came true: We bought our house with the summer house in Egmond aan Zee. First, a more elaborate conversion brought a lot of work, but now everything is completely new and just as we have liked. Egmond aan Zee met all our housing requirements.
