Very nice accommodation!!

We spent a few sunny days in Egmond in mid-March 2022 and stayed at Marcel's place. Super nice and uncomplicated landlord who takes care of everything! The apartment is beautifully secluded yet very close to the center and the beach, so great location and very good facilities. Everything worked out great and the beds are really very comfortable! We will definitely recommend the apartment.

Great accommodation!!

We have spent some wonderful days. The apartment is great, clean, and well-equipped. Great location and parking right in front of the house. Very friendly landlord. What more could you want? Highly recommended!! Egmond aan Zee is a charming place. Already feeling wanderlust;) We'll be back!!!

A real pearl

We spent a wonderfully relaxing time there, a few minutes' walk from the beach and yet so quiet that you can hear the sound of the sea wonderfully. We were very lucky with the weather except for the last day and could use the terrace with lots of privacy. But even when it rained, we would have felt very comfortable with the cosy TV corner and blankets
Good sleep, close to the beach and the centre and above all very friendly and extremely helpful landlords! We are already planning our next stay.

Really great!

The accommodation is small and cozy, but just right for a few days of vacation! The landlords are also super nice and there were absolutely no problems :) we were very happy guests there! Can only recommend it!

Top Appartment

Once again, we had a wonderful holiday with the van Genderen family. Even with the new sliding door in the front garden/terrace, our KIP felt even more comfortable and free than in previous years. Five stars for everything. Until next year!

Tolle Lage

The apartment is very centrally located! Everything is quickly reachable by foot. The landlord is very nice and helps if you have any questions or problems. I can recommend the apartment. Tip: Bring your own bicycles! Very nice bike paths!!!!!

Great autumn days in Egmond Aan Zee

I stayed as a guest for a week in October 2019 and was welcomed very friendly. The family was always approachable during the entire time, inquired multiple times if I was doing well or if I needed anything...which was absolutely not the case!

Even when my husband joined me over the weekend, the landlords specifically gave me new towels for him. Great, and thanks again this way.

The apartment is modern and very tastefully furnished, very clean. I can highly recommend it. We felt very comfortable and also appreciated the free parking right in front of the house. The house is very centrally located to the beach and also to the town, and because it is behind the owners' residence, it is very quiet there.

Now, due to the weather, the terrace was not usable for me or us. But I can imagine that one can relax and barbecue there in good weather. Overall, I can only recommend this accommodation and thank the family for enriching our holiday with their beautiful, clean, and tasteful cottage. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Highly recommended

We arrived as a couple with our dog and had four wonderful days. Everything was perfect, uncomplicated, and there was even a bottle of wine on the table to welcome us. The accommodation is centrally located but still quiet. A private terrace area with seating provides a lot of privacy. Perfect for our dog, who was able to relax really well, even when she had to stay alone for a while. Everything is easily and conveniently accessible: beach, dunes, and the city center with bars, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. We will definitely come back.

Very nice and open helpful landlords.
Always a pleasure for 12 years!! In summer as well as for the New Year's swim.
Only one negative point: loud metal bed and too soft mattress. Otherwise everything is great.

Always a pleasure!

The holiday apartment "Sommer Seaway" is, in our opinion, highly recommended. We stayed there for a week (summer 2017) with two children and felt very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The van Genderen family is very friendly, helpful, and immediately takes care of any concerns= 5 stars for Marcel van Genderen! The holiday apartment is located close to the beach and central to the town, with a convenient parking space for the car. "Summer Seaway" is worth it - we would like to go back again!

Wonderful vacation - pure relaxation - we will gladly come back!

Already upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed. The holiday apartment is modernly furnished, and the equipment is exemplary. Nothing is missing. Furthermore, the apartment impresses with its excellent location. The beach and town center are quickly reachable within a few minutes' walk. Additionally, the parking space for the car is a great advantage. The van Genderen family is always attentive to any concerns. They are extremely friendly and helpful! One feels directly comfortable and very well taken care of!
We really enjoyed it and would like to come back.

Pure vacation!!

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and shown around. The proximity to the beach is fantastic, ideal for a beach holiday. Also highly recommended for short trips. In Egmond, you lack nothing, and the dreamy sunsets will stay in your memory for a long time. The landlords are very kind and helpful. We will gladly come again.
