You have a balcony at both the front and the back. From this flat you can enjoy the magnificent view over the sea, the beach and the dune landscape and end the day in the evening with a romantic sunset on the spacious balcony.
The flat is comfortable and fully furnished. It is well-maintained and has all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay.
From the flat you can walk to the cosy centre of Egmond aan Zee in a few minutes. Here you will find many restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
In this flat you can of course use the Wi-Fi for free and there is also a secure storage room for all the bikes you brought with you. Charging your bike is not allowed.

Eine wunderschöne, große Wohnung in Top-Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht. Nagelneues geräumiges Badezimmer. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht einschl. sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Ideal für 4 Personen. Der Service im Büro unten im Haus ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung in bester Lage, die wir bereits seit Jahren kennen. Toller Meerblick vom Balkon aus mit einzigartigen Sonnenuntergängen. Komfortables Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

Top-Lage mit Meeresblick. In weiten Teilen renovierte Wohnung, modern und ohne Schnickschnack. Soweit alles in Ordnung. Allerdings sind die Matratzen zu weich und zu tief und verschieben sich, da keinerlei Seitenhalt. Die Innentüren mit den alten Oberlichtern passen nicht ganz zu den renovierten Partien der Wohnung. Problematisch das Fenster im kleinen Schlafzimmer, das nicht komplett dicht abschließt. Die Spülmaschine muss mehrere Wochen ohne Salz und Klarspüler gearbeitet haben, wir haben dann erst mal beides gekauft und reichhaltig nachgefüllt.

Die Wohnung ist super für einen Urlaub am Strand, der Meerblick ist umwerfend und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Organisation/Schlüsselübergabe etc hat wunderbar funktioniert!

The location by the sea is great. The equipment of the kitchenette is outstanding. The bathroom is almost fully equipped; it would be great if a bidet was also offered. There is a missing handrail in the shower. The living space is modern and cozy at the same time. The beds in the small bedroom are starting to wear out. The service from the rental team is great. Small issues are dealt with immediately. Always friendly and helpful. Rentals got a bargain with taking over the management from the owner.
