Beautiful flat in top location

The flat is on the ground floor facing the beach, very nice in itself, but in the warm months it would be better to have a flat on the ground floor, as the terrace is already very close to the path and very visible. The furnishings are very nice and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired
Some of the dishes were still dirty and the oven was not very inviting to use. It is quite dirty and crumbly.
In the cupboards we also found all kinds of things left behind by the previous tenants. When looking for a small blanket and tea towels, we sometimes found underwear left behind in the untidy cupboards and all kinds of things that you don't necessarily want to use.
All in all, it is a great flat, but I would have preferred a different price for the points mentioned. In any case, it is always an option for us in the cold season.

Simply relaxing

We have already been to Lütten Sun several times. That speaks for itself
Everything always fits: very comfortable, clean and spacious. The direct proximity to the beach is ingenious. And Warnemünde is only a short ferry ride away
This time we had a barbecue and sat in the garden. That was very relaxing.

The vacation apartment is bright, very clean, beautifully furnished, quiet and super centrally located. It has comfortable mattresses. Everything you need is there. In the bathroom, I would like more hooks. The balcony is used by all tenants.
