Your flat is located in a complex in the heart of Warnemünde. You can reach the separate entrance via the terrace.
The LIVING AREA is comfortably furnished with a sofa, recliner and side table. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The maritime furnishing gives the flat a very special charm.
Right next to it is the EATING AREA with four chairs and a round table for communal meals.
The KITCHEN AREA is equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking. The technical equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In addition, there are many other cooking utensils. Next to the kitchenette there is a wardrobe.
The flat has a double bed (180x200 cm) and wardrobe in the BEDROOM.
The BATHROOM is tiled. There is a glazed shower, washbasin, towel warmer and storage space. There is plenty of daylight coming in through a window.
Next to the entrance there is a covered and furnished terrace. Here you can enjoy mild summer evenings. Barbecuing is not permitted.
So that you can start your holiday relaxed, your hostess has already made the beds and provided towels free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the flat. A baby up to 2 years travels with you at no extra charge. Baby cot (with mattress and bedding) and high chair can be booked together for a one-time fee of 25 euros.

You can park your car directly at the accommodation for 10,00 Euro per day. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard (not covered). Please note that parking in public car parks is very limited and costly!

The flat is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Warnemünde. It is one of the most popular destinations for Baltic Sea holidaymakers. Here, maritime flair, culinary delights and recreational offers combine to create an unforgettable feel-good experience.
Your accommodation is located in the heart of Warnemünde. The spa gardens of the seaside resort are just a side street away. There are also numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The small alleys invite you to take a stroll. It is only 400 metres to the fine and wide sandy beach. Here you can enjoy sunbathing, take a dip in the Baltic Sea or experience romantic sunsets over the Mecklenburg Bay. Or watch the colourful hustle and bustle along the promenade and at the harbour as well as the "boats" sailing in and out of the Warnow.
A trip to Rostock's city centre is also worthwhile. The S-Bahn (850 m) connects both parts of the city. In the university and Hanseatic city, numerous museums, churches, restored houses, restaurants and shopping facilities invite you to visit.
Other popular destinations are the ghost forest of Nienhagen (11 km), Heiligendamm (22 km) and Rostock Zoo (13 km). Or take a full steam ahead tour on the narrow-gauge railway "Molli" from Bad Doberan via Kühlungsborn to Heiligendamm.
