The stars - see above - say the most. There can be debates about "furnishing," but especially the living space with integrated mini-kitchen (everything available, but still very small, especially for self-catering) has room for improvement in this regard (seating area, couch). The location is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, and the beautiful large south-facing balcony with a view of the greenery (at least in summer) compensates for the lack of a direct sea view. The bedroom is large and bright, the beds (mattresses) are uncomfortably hard, but the closets provide pleasantly ample storage space.

Prime location with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. Beautiful apartment. Key handover was also completely stress-free. Everything was great all around. Not exactly cheap, but in our opinion, absolutely worth the money.
