Romantic flat with 30 sqm (1st floor) for 2 persons, balcony, WLAN
Your flat is located in a complex in the heart of Warnemünde. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the balcony and the separate entrance to your flat.
The LIVING and EATING AREA is lovingly furnished with a sofa, two cork armchairs and a table. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Through the large window you look out onto the balcony.
The high-quality KITCHEN AREA is equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking. The technical equipment includes a refrigerator with freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There are also many other cooking utensils.
The flat has a double bed (180x200 cm) and wardrobe in the BEDROOM. Here you can sleep like Romeo and Juliet after an eventful day.
The BATHROOM is tiled. There is a glazed shower, washbasin, towel warmer and storage space. There is plenty of daylight coming in through a window.
Next to the entrance there is a small furnished balcony for balmy summer evenings. Enjoy the view of the inner courtyard. Barbecuing is not permitted.
So that you can start your holiday relaxed, your hostess has already made up the beds and provided towels free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the flat.

You can park your car for 10 euros per day either in the car park at Molenfeuer (1 km) or in the garage at Weidenweg (1 km). There is a free bicycle in the garage to get back to the accommodation quickly. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard (not covered). Please note that parking in public car parks is very limited and costly!

The flat is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Warnemünde. It is one of the most popular destinations for Baltic Sea holidaymakers. Here, maritime flair, culinary delights and recreational offers combine to create an unforgettable feel-good experience.
Your accommodation is located in the heart of Warnemünde. The spa gardens of the seaside resort are just a side street away. There are also numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The small alleys invite you to take a stroll. It is only 400 metres to the fine and wide sandy beach. Here you can enjoy sunbathing, take a dip in the Baltic Sea or experience romantic sunsets over the Mecklenburg Bay. Or watch the colourful hustle and bustle along the promenade and at the harbour as well as the "boats" sailing in and out of the Warnow.
A trip to Rostock's city centre is also worthwhile. The S-Bahn (850 m) connects both parts of the city. In the university and Hanseatic city, numerous museums, churches, restored houses, restaurants and shopping facilities invite you to visit.
Other popular destinations are the ghost forest of Nienhagen (11 km), Heiligendamm (22 km) and Rostock Zoo (13 km). Or take a full steam ahead tour on the narrow-gauge railway "Molli" from Bad Doberan via Kühlungsborn to Heiligendamm.

This accommodation is well equipped, very clean and in the best location in Warnemünde. It's a shame that the parking garage next to the Neptunhotel is not included in the parking options. The parking garage at Molenfeuer is already annoying if you use the car every day. But in Warnemünde, you can consider yourself lucky to even find a parking space. The only negative point to mention is that the Wi-Fi was unusable due to very poor reception.
