Shopping facilities, cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants and several bakeries are available in the immediate vicinity. The Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde with its large white sandy beach and the promenade with its numerous boutiques, restaurants and traditional pubs invites you to stroll or shop and "watch the ships". Enjoy a harbour tour, let yourself be spoilt with fresh sea fish and other regional specialities in the surrounding restaurants or take part in numerous water sports. Watch the harbour activity with the ships, motor and sailing yachts, ferries and cruise liners. Take advantage of the new 27-hole golf course in the Baltic resort of Warnemünde and for our little ones the unique 5-D cinema at the Teepott. There is something for everyone in Warnemünde.

Beautiful flat in top location
The flat is on the ground floor facing the beach, very nice in itself, but in the warm months it would be better to have a flat on the ground floor, as the terrace is already very close to the path and very visible. The furnishings are very nice and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired
Some of the dishes were still dirty and the oven was not very inviting to use. It is quite dirty and crumbly.
In the cupboards we also found all kinds of things left behind by the previous tenants. When looking for a small blanket and tea towels, we sometimes found underwear left behind in the untidy cupboards and all kinds of things that you don't necessarily want to use.
All in all, it is a great flat, but I would have preferred a different price for the points mentioned. In any case, it is always an option for us in the cold season.
