Description
Our light-flooded Mediterranean furnished holiday flat is located on the 1st floor in a house that was fully renovated at the end of the 90s in the typical style of seaside resort architecture.
It is furnished for 2-4 persons.
A 21 sqm high terrace, equipped with teak garden furniture, beach chair and parasol, opens onto the traffic-calmed street (Linden-Allee)
Up to the additional TV in the bedroom, free Internet/WLAN access, children's travel bed incl. mattress, children's high chair, washing machine in the bathroom and a comprehensive kitchen equipment, almost everything, incl. 3 bicycles, is available, also various beach utensils, such as beach mats and shells, children's toys, etc..
It has become customary - as we have many regular guests - for the new guest to find a filled storage cupboard (coffee, tea, sugar, flour, oil, vinegar, various spices, etc.), and when he leaves the flat again, coffee powder is replenished.
Our guests (including many regulars who have been coming again and again for years) tell us - this also contributes to the feeling of coming 'home'.
Many entries in our guest book bear witness to this.
Our holiday flat is located in a side street to the famous 'Alter Strom'.
The distances are between 200 and 500 m:
to the wide beach (see attached photos) with its typical beach chairs, which invites you to relax, but also to take long walks on the beach,
the harbour, where cruise ships arrive and depart almost daily from April to October,
there are also daily harbour tours,
to the Old River with its fishing boats, where fresh and smoked fish is offered daily, you can take boat tours and fishing trips, sit comfortably in a café or restaurant or stroll past the pretty shops
and also to the centre (shopping facilities of all kinds) or to the
the Warnemünde railway station, from where the S-Bahn (suburban railway) runs to Rostock at short intervals (approx. 20 min.).
From the station you can get to the cruise ship terminal (Warnemünde is one of the two largest cruise ship ports in Germany) and the car ferry that goes to Hohe Düne.
Via the car park on the left in front of the station to the end of the Mittelmole and then along the Warnow to the ferry is a very nice walk!
There is a congress centre with a hotel and many restaurants and fine shops. You can also learn a lot about seals and observe them on a research ship on the pier.
A whole range of restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity of our flat
There is a golf course about 4 km from the centre
Near the Hotel Neptun there is a large swimming paradise with sauna areas and a wellness oasis.
For cyclists (we provide a total of 3 bikes free of charge) we recommend a wonderful day trip to Kühlungsborn via Heiligendamm - almost always along the Baltic Sea coast,
or through the Rostock Heath to Markgrafenheide or Graal-Müritz. Further tips for cycling tours are in our flat.

Our flat is ideally located in a quiet, romantic side street, with old lime trees and the typical Warnemünde fishermen's houses with conservatories, approx. 5 min. walk away from the Alter Strom, the beach, the promenade and the centre.

We like our flat so much because it is centrally located, a 5-minute walk from the centre, the beach and the Alte Strom.
It is located in a quiet street with beautiful lime trees on the first floor and has a large roof terrace of approx. 20 sqm, where you can have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, sit in the sun until the early afternoon - perhaps in a beach chair - and end the day with a glass of wine in the evening.
We have furnished it in a modern - but nevertheless cosy - way (always changed and embellished a bit over the years), comprehensively equipped with all the inventory that one is used to at home (and not only crockery, cutlery, etc.), so that not only we but also our guests can feel a bit at home. Many books invite you to browse.

Very nice holiday thanks to FeWo
The flat is very cosy and has everything you need. That is not always the case.
We immediately felt at home.
Mrs Rader looks after her guests very warmly and had lots of helpful tips for us.
We will certainly come again.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, toll mit allen notwendigen Gebrauchsgegenständen ausgestattet und besonders die Küche hielt darüber hinaus für uns jeden wünschenswerten Komfort parat. Die optimale Lage erfreute uns ebenso. Vom ersten Augenblick an fühlten wir uns hier wohl.

We live in Mülheim an der Ruhr. We have tried to furnish our flat - which we of course also like to occupy ourselves - in a cosy, practical and comprehensive way. We always try to bring everything up to date in the hope that our guests will feel as comfortable as we do.
