Description
Since then, we have acquired the house, almost, the entire interior, including bathroom and kitchen, renewed. In addition, we have built a dormer that now houses a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The reward for this effort was the one that we have each acquired 5 stars in recent classifications. On the other hand, that every time we ourselves live there, we feel at home.
The house is lovingly furnished and equipped. This is seen as the curtains in warm colors, the tasteful furnishing, laminate upstairs, but also in the establishment of bathrooms (shower and bathtub come as a thermostat batteries), the 2 additional TV sets in bedrooms, etc.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the Holiday Park De Krim near De Cocksdorp.
The park next to a supermarket, restaurants, bike rental, a play area, tennis, mini golf, bowling alleys, etc. From summer 2017 again a water park.
Texel is the largest of the Dutch North Sea islands, about 25 km long and up to 9 km wide. Texel is mentioned in little, because all the areas in the Netherlands found on Texel and Holland. There Watt, sandy beach, dunes, forests, pastures, meadows, flower fields, salt marshes, old small town, museums, harbor ...... Texel has about 12,000 inhabitants, 16,000 sheep and spring additionally lambs. Numerous sports activities are possible. Just try everything!
From Den Helder the ferry every half hour towards Texel goes, even every half hour during peak season. The trip costs about 40 euros for the car incl. All inmates retour. From the ferry follow the signs Texel De Cocksdorp. At exit 33 you reach the park.

Everything is okay
The holiday home corresponds to the description, it is quietly located, you can enjoy the silence. Everything you need is available, the kitchen is well equipped. We all slept very well, probably the fresh air made us tired and the beds did their part. We also noticed the living space with the furniture. All very lovingly put together, so you don't miss anything. We even read some of the books.
We were completely satisfied. If there was anything to complain about, it would be the weather. First very hot and in the end wet. But that's the weather god's responsibility.
And one more thing, Mr. Nibbeling is a landlord that you can only wish for. We have never experienced such attentiveness and helpfulness (and we have been staying in holiday homes since 1979). Hats off.
We would come back anytime.

Nice time out, unfortunately too short ?
We slept wonderfully, the first decent beds we have found in a holiday home so far. The sofa was also great. My husband is an amateur cook and whirled around in the kitchen and clearly enjoyed working in this place. The result was always excellent. Bathrooms and of course the other rooms were very clean. Nothing here is used, worn or otherwise outdated. Everything is furnished with taste and attention to detail. Parking in front of the house, a more than sufficiently large garden, equipment such as cutlery and china is more than abundant. Please to all who read this review, treat the house and the furnishings with care and respect. We would like to come again, we felt very comfortable there.
The house will remain in our memory because our senior dog was able to spend his last holiday there.

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Endlich mal eine Unterkunft mit ausreichend Geschirr/Besteck. Und wohltemperiert. Schöne windgeschützte Terrasse mit ordentlichen Gartenmöbeln. Großer Garten . Alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter war auch sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und hat alles gut vorbereitet und beschrieben.

Quiet family holiday
We really enjoyed our time in the Nibbeling family's holiday home. The house is located in a quiet corner of the holiday complex and is lovingly furnished. Our little one could play and romp around in the garden. The beach and the dunes can be reached in a short time by bike. The house itself has everything you need for a carefree stay. Even board games and extensive reading material for rainy days are not lacking. The Nibbeling family is very friendly and helpful, both before and after the holiday. Even the items forgotten in the house find their way back to us (thanks to Heidi). It was a wonderful holiday.

Wie zu Hause gefühlt...
Das erste Mal Texel mit Mann, Hund, Tochter und Freund und Enkelchen. Das erste Mal Corona-Urlaub. Wir haben gezittert, ob dieser Urlaub, der lange gebucht war auch stattfinden konnte. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Nibbeling war super, wir waren immer auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, mit dem Fahrrad alles schnellstens zu erreichen. Alles war sauber und auf keinen Fall verwohnt sondern liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns steht fest, hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin. Vielen Dank auch noch mal für die tollen Tipps und Informationen rund um Texel.

Ein kleines Zuhause
Wir verbrachten zum 18.Mal einen Urlaub auf Texel und waren natürlich auf die diesjährige Unterkunft gespannt.
Dieser Ferienbungalow ist der erste, der über eine deutlich mehr als nur ausreichende Ausstattung verfügt. Es trug sehr zum Wohlbefinden bei, dass z.B. Geschirr und Besteck nicht abgezählt für 6 Personen in den Schränken lag, sowie sämtliche Küchengeräte und mehrere Unterhaltungsgeräte vorhanden sind, sogar 2 Fahrräder. Wir fühlten uns sofort „daheim“. Auch die Ausstattung mit Einzel- Springboxbetten überraschte uns angenehm. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön möchten wir noch für die freundliche Fürsorge an Familie Nibbeling sagen, die uns unsern Aufenthalt von Anfang an durch aktuelle Hinweise und Tipps bereicherte. Und zu guter Letzt auch einen Gruß an die Zugehfrau, von der wir wussten, dass sie gleich kommen würde, wenn es irgendein Problem im Haus gäbe.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Texelbesuch - gern wieder hier.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Dass Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Vor allem ist die Küchenausstattung sehr reichlich . Der Vermieter hat sich auch während des Urlaubs sehr um uns gekümmert. Zusammenfassend: Lage ausgezeichnet, eine Ferienwohnung in der man sich wohlfühlt und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Einfach nur wundervoll!
Wir (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus 676 in De Krim auf Texel. Das Haus ist mit Allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann, ausgestattet und hat eine schöne Lage am Rand des Ferienparks. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Alles ok
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht und was besonders wichtig ist,
auch gut geschlafen. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ok. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit im Haus.
Über die Mücken am Abend haben wir uns nicht so gefreut aber das ist nun mal Sommer und die Natur.

Kurzurlaub auf Texel
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe fürs Detail. Die Ausstattung ist super und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Herr Nibbeling ist ein wirklich sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Vermieter. Es könnte nicht besser sein. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Sehr schönes Haus - mit viel Einrichtung
Das Haus war sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr gut Ausgestattet/Eingerichtet. Es war auch sehr sauber. Der Garten war groß, wir waren alle zufrieden.

A beautiful house all around
We spent our holiday there with 4 adults and a dog. The house is lovingly designed and richly equipped, which is rather rare for holiday homes. We enjoyed the terrace, wonderful for breakfast and the lovely shade in the late afternoon. We would also recommend it for families with children. By the way, you can reach the beach (Paal 28) by bike in a few minutes from the house, which is located in the back part of De Krim. However, if you want to visit the swimming pool (with children), you can only book via a link on the internet and pay by credit card. However, you have to find a free date for the bath in the corresponding bath calendar. The entrance fee for adults is 12.50 euros for 3 hours.

Toller Familienkurzurlaub
Wenn wir auch nur kurz auf Texel waren und die Sonne das Ihre zum Gelingen des Urlaubs beigetragen hat, ohne das einfach nur gute Haus und die umsichtige Betreuung und Beratung durch Herrn Nibbeling wäre es lange nicht so entspannend gewesen.

Relaxing holidays on Texel
The house is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is in very good condition. The booking documents and the ferry tickets were sent without any problems. Enquiries to the landlord were always answered directly. All in all, a relaxing holiday in a beautiful atmosphere.

Cosy and well equipped
The Nibbeling family's holiday home lacked absolutely nothing. High-quality furnishings with plenty of space to spend a rainy day or two without stepping on your feet. Free Wi-Fi, small library with books and magazines, 3 TVs, everything from microwave to dishwasher, everything your heart desires is there. A beautiful garden with barbecue and garden furniture invites you to relax. The house was spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated and we felt completely at home. The holiday park is beautifully situated in the north of the island, a walk through the dunes and you are already at the sea. Everything was well organised in advance and we were provided with lots of beautiful photos and useful information. Texel is definitely worth a visit and this cottage even more so!
