Description
The house is suitable for 6 persons and 1½-storey, has garden with sheltered sun terrace with garden furniture.
On the ground floor: living room, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with integrated oven, gas hob and coffee maker, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with 2 beds.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms - once 2 beds / double bed (double bed) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
3 parking spaces are available at the house.
Other amenities: Color TV, radio, DVD / CD player and a telephone for incoming calls within the approximately 100 square meter house. In the administrative center "De Krim" you can get useful information, among other things, the holiday park, in addition, supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental and playgrounds are nearby. Shrimp fishing: Take the TX 27 across the Wadden Sea and enjoy freshly caught prawns prepared on the boat. Experience the unique nature of the Wadden Sea: on sunny days, you can experience the Seerobben on the sandbanks (various providers, please ask prices on site).

The holiday park "De Krim" is located in the north of the island almost every preference there are plenty of recreational opportunities on site. The holiday park itself offers many sports facilities.
The beach leads through a large protected dune belt:
+ by car: about 3-5 minutes
+ by bike: about 10-15 minutes
+ on foot: about 15-30 minutes.
The island is characterized by large nature reserves for flora and fauna with wide cycling and hiking trails away from the roads.
Texel is part of the chain of West Frisian Islands, which stretch along the Frisian and North Dutch coast. Their northern neighbor is Vlieland, to the southwest lies only the small uninhabited sandbank Noorderhaaks, separated from Texel by the narrow Seegatt Molengat. In contrast to the other islands, whose longitudinal axis is more in the east-west direction, Texel is oriented north-south, so that the west coast is on the open North Sea, the east coast on the Wadden Sea. On the mainland, it is the port of Den Helder on the southern side of the Marsdieps and the closing dike, which separates the IJsselmeer from the North Sea, opposite. (Source: )
De Cocksdorp is just a few minutes walk from our holiday home in De Krim. The village can be reached via a road that leads through a beautiful avenue of trees. The village is located on the Roggesloot, an old Priel - a very attractive area for many species of birds.
Among other things, here is a supermarket where everything needed can be purchased. In the inn in the middle of the village, over 80 different pancake pancakes are served at moderate prices. Simply delicious! In addition to small souvenir shops is also a mini golf course. Furthermore, there is the possibility to attend the service in the village's own church.

The nature of Texel is mostly influenced by agriculture.
More sheep than humans live on the island. But not only the lush pastures, but also the pristine dune landscapes in the west of the island are a special sight.
Sand and Watt beaches are also part of the landscape.

Texel is known as "Bird Island", where hundreds of species of birds are native. This is mainly due to the location of the island. Texel is located on the northwestern coast of Europe and is thus exactly on the way many migratory birds fly to reach places for the overwintering. Since most birds do not like flying over the sea, they follow the shoreline as long as possible and land here for a stopover or for hibernation. Ornithologists from all over Europe come to Texel to practice their hobby or profession here. Regularly rare bird species are spotted.

Great house in a good location.
We have now been to the beautiful island and the holiday park De Krim for the 2nd time. We really liked this house. It was well-equipped, clean, and the garden was large with terrace furniture and everything you need. Even a washing machine and a dryer were available. The contact with the landlords beforehand was great. The only downside was that you couldn't rent bed linen and towels. It takes up a lot of space when you have to bring everything for 4 people. The entrance to the amusement pool was included in the price, which was really great. We will gladly come back.

Great house to feel good in
We were guests in this great house in the summer with 4 adults and 2 children. From the very first moment we had the perfect holiday feeling in this very well maintained and lovingly furnished house. The extensive, high-quality furnishings contributed significantly to our relaxation. The location is ideal for exploring the island and quick trips to the beach. The park offers an extensive programme also for older children/teenagers. Contact with the landlords was also uncomplicated and cordial at all times. We can only recommend this accommodation and would gladly spend our holidays there again at any time.

We found a very nice holiday home, well equipped and clean. Quiet location. Enough space for children to play on the lawn. No long walks to the centre of the park. The description of the house is very accurate. We had everything we needed and would recommend it to others without hesitation. Despite the short notice, the very nice and friendly landlady took care of everything very quickly and unbureaucratically. We will gladly return.

Well-being factor of the first order.
The well-maintained holiday home has everything that was described in the offer. We felt comfortable there from the first moment to the last. Very clean, modern complete furnishings, and high-quality bathrooms. Definitely one of the best houses in the De Krim holiday park. And we know some. Very good and friendly handling by the landlords.

TOP Ferienhaus
Very nice and well-kept holiday home. Everything you need is there. There is also plenty of space around the house for the children to play. We particularly liked the very nice contact with the landlady.
