WELCOME to the "KLEINES ROBBENNEST" in the north of Texel! Discover our lovingly and cozily furnished holiday home of approx. 90m², which offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
It is quietly and idyllically located at the end of a cul-de-sac in VILLAPARK RESIDENTIE TEXEL next to the holiday park De Krim in de Cocksdorp. The spacious and well-kept garden with a furnished sun terrace is not overlooked and offers you and your children maximum privacy, plenty of space to play, and your own swing. Enjoy the peace and quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac.
The house accommodates up to 6 people. It is managed by the holiday park de Krim. They handle reception duties, maintenance service (minor repairs), and final cleaning. Admission to the spectacular indoor and outdoor pool with several slides and a wild water ride is already included in the price for our guests for the entire duration of their stay. All other facilities of the holiday park (golf course, climbing park, entertainment program, restaurant, etc.) can also be used. ROOM LAYOUT & AMENITIES:

STORAGE ROOM: In the storage room adjacent to the terrace you will find, in addition to a washing machine, a small oven in which, for example, you can bake bread rolls. B. Bread rolls can be baked, a small freezer (31l), a high chair for children, a charcoal grill and seat cushions
A cot for children etc. can be rented through the holiday park De Krim. The items will then be brought to the bungalow by the park before your arrival.

The little seal nest is worth a visit!
We were 5 people (grandparents, daughter, and grandchildren) and enjoyed the house and Texel very much. The accommodation is cozily furnished with many beautiful accessories, the kitchen contains everything you need - also so much dishware and cutlery that the dishwasher doesn't have to run after every meal! And the space in the garden and on the terrace is wonderful. The location of the house to the beach and shopping is ideal, especially if you have bicycles with you. The icing on the cake for us would have been a shelter for the bikes and a fly swatter against mosquitoes.

We were two couples staying in your holiday home and felt very comfortable. The amenities were excellent. Unfortunately, the weather was mixed, so we could only use our bikes on one day.

Very nice holiday home, family-friendly
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home with six people. Very nice layout with two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on both the ground floor and the upper floor. Also, the location in the relatively large holiday complex is optimal at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large, not visible garden, so you have a lot of privacy.
The holiday complex is well maintained and offers a swimming pool, restaurants, and shopping facilities.

A great stay
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home. It was beautifully clean and well equipped. The children were very happy about the books and games on site and the swing in the garden was of course a highlight :-)
The garden is large and well kept and not visible. You have wonderful peace and quiet and are visited by a few seagulls at most
The bathrooms are modern and spacious, especially on the ground floor. We also found it great that there is a washing machine, because with children it can easily happen that the laundry you brought with you gets soaked and you have to wash it quickly
The house is wonderfully suitable for families. The spiral staircase can be locked at the top to protect it from children. The garden, however, is open and has no lockable gate. However, the house is the last one in a small cul-de-sac and really quiet

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Apart from the fickle weather, everything else was great. A fully equipped holiday home, excellent bread service, and a fantastic location at the end of the property. The only downside: the lack of signage at the last two forks, we searched quite a bit. We can only recommend the house, perfect for children.
