Comfortable and cosy detached holiday bungalow, fully equipped, on the De Krim holiday park on Texel. The house is situated on a 400 m2 plot and has a screened patio for optimal privacy or a safe play area for your (small) children. Parking is available on private property for 2 cars. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The bedrooms on the first floor are extra spacious due to the dormer windows. In the living room you will find a nice sitting area, dining area, fireplace and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with large American fridge with freezer compartment, combi microwave/oven, Senseo coffee machine, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and a large inventory.
A cot and highchair are available in the house. Free high-speed wireless internet via fibre optic cable. In the garden there are adjustable chairs, a deck chair and parasol.
The house is centrally located on holiday park De Krim with all facilities incl. reception, supermarket, sub-tropical swimming pool with slides etc., play area, glow-in-the-dark minigolf, bicycle rental, launderette, restaurants, bar, bowling, climbing park etc. just a few minutes' walk from the holiday home. Next to the park is the golf course and an equestrian centre. Within walking distance of our house, at the central car park, you can charge your electric car.

Location and surroundings of object
Located in De Cocksdorp on the island of Texel on holiday park De Krim. This park borders the dunes and from our holiday home you walk in half an hour to the beach 2 km away or to the centre of De Cocksdorp. The famous ice cream farm Labora is also located at a distance from the holiday park. Our house is very centrally located, a few minutes' walk from the centre of De Krim. Here you will find, among other things, the reception, supermarket, swimming pool, gym, playgrounds and restaurants. Also adjacent to the park is the De Texelse golf course.

Cancellation terms:
- Boekings- en betalingsvoorwaarden: De betaling geschiedt in 2 termijnen. De 1e termijn bedraagt 25% van de totale boekingskosten en dient binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de bevestiging voldaan dient te worden en de 2e termijn (75%) uiterlijk 6 weken voor aankomst. Bij aankomst binnen 6 weken na reservering dient het gehele bedrag in 1 termijn te worden voldaan binnen 14 dagen na reservering. Bij aankomst binnen 14 dagen na reservering dient het bedrag per omgaande, vooraf aan het verblijf, betaald te worden. Aan eventuele typefouten in de prijslijst kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Annuleringsvoorwaarden: Bij annulering worden de volgende vergoedingen in rekening gebracht; - bij annulering meer dan drie maanden voor de ingangsdatum, 15% van de overeengekomen prijs; - bij annulering binnen drie tot twee maanden voor de ingangsdatum, 50% van de overeengekomen prijs; - bij annulering binnen twee tot één maand voor de ingangsdatum, 75% van de overeengekomen prijs; - bij annulering binnen één maand voor de ingangsdatum, 90% van de overeengekomen prijs; - bij annulering op de dag van de ingangsdatum, 100% van de overeengekomen prijs. Op onze boekingen zijn de Recronvoorwaarden voor vakantiewoningen van toepassing (zie website Recron). Let op: bijkomende kosten: toeristenbelasting 2,40 pppn. Wij dragen deze af aan de Gemeente Texel.

Since 2011, we have owned our " Texelhuisje" on recreation park De Krim. We rent out our house so that others can also enjoy this beautiful island and park. We mainly rent in the period April-October so that we have time in the winter months for the annual maintenance, which we do in-house to guarantee the quality of the bungalow.
