Comfortable and cosy detached holiday bungalow, fully equipped, on the De Krim holiday park on Texel. The house is situated on a 400 m2 plot and has a screened patio for optimal privacy or a safe play area for your (small) children. Parking is available on private property for 2 cars. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The bedrooms on the first floor are extra spacious due to the dormer windows. In the living room you will find a nice sitting area, dining area, fireplace and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with large American fridge with freezer compartment, combi microwave/oven, Senseo coffee machine, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and a large inventory.
A cot and highchair are available in the house. Free high-speed wireless internet via fibre optic cable. In the garden there are adjustable chairs, a deck chair and parasol.
The house is centrally located on holiday park De Krim with all facilities incl. reception, supermarket, sub-tropical swimming pool with slides etc., play area, glow-in-the-dark minigolf, bicycle rental, launderette, restaurants, bar, bowling, climbing park etc. just a few minutes' walk from the holiday home. Next to the park is the golf course and an equestrian centre. Within walking distance of our house, at the central car park, you can charge your electric car.

Location and surroundings of object
Located in De Cocksdorp on the island of Texel on holiday park De Krim. This park borders the dunes and from our holiday home you walk in half an hour to the beach 2 km away or to the centre of De Cocksdorp. The famous ice cream farm Labora is also located at a distance from the holiday park. Our house is very centrally located, a few minutes' walk from the centre of De Krim. Here you will find, among other things, the reception, supermarket, swimming pool, gym, playgrounds and restaurants. Also adjacent to the park is the De Texelse golf course.

The 1st installment amounts to 25% of the total booking costs and must be paid within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, and the 2nd installment (75%) no later than 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals within 6 weeks of booking, the full amount must be paid in one installment within 14 days of booking. For arrivals within 14 days of booking, the amount must be paid immediately, in advance of the stay. No rights can be derived from typographical errors in the price list. Cancellation conditions: The following fees will be charged in the event of cancellation; - for cancellations more than three months before the start date, 0% of the agreed price; - for cancellations within three to two months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price; - for cancellations within two to one month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price; - for cancellations within one month before the start date, 90% of the agreed price; - for cancellations on the day of the start date, 100% of the agreed price. Our bookings are subject to the Recron conditions for holiday homes (see Recron website). Note: Additional costs: tourist tax of 2.40 per person per night. We pay this to the Texel Municipality.

Since 2011, we have owned our " Texelhuisje" on recreation park De Krim. We rent out our house so that others can also enjoy this beautiful island and park. We mainly rent in the period April-October so that we have time in the winter months for the annual maintenance, which we do in-house to guarantee the quality of the bungalow.
