For a Texel holiday, you are at the right address at Holiday Park De Krim in the north of the island, not far from the lighthouse. Here, boredom is guaranteed not to arise, because we offer, among other things, an indoor pool with an outdoor pool, several restaurants, bowling alleys, mini-golf courses, a children's play paradise, an outdoor playground, a supermarket, and an attractive leisure program during school holidays.

Great little house with a big garden
We spent a week with two couples and two dogs in the holiday home and felt completely comfortable. We lacked nothing!
Especially great was the large, fully fenced garden with terrace – really ideal with two dogs. This way, the dogs could run freely outside and we could spend relaxed time on the terrace.
The beach is about a 40-minute walk away. The path there is perfect for a nice walk with the dog. Those who do not want to walk can reach the beach by car in a few minutes.
The location is also great for bike tours. At the end of September, it was pleasantly quiet and not overcrowded.
The kitchen was very well equipped, and there were even a few games, so cozy evenings at home were also taken care of.
Overall, everything we needed for a relaxing week was really there. A small note for future guests: Towels and soap are not available in the holiday home and should be brought along. However, towels can also be obtained at the reception if needed, with costs amounting to €9 for a shower towel and a hand towel.
We would definitely come back and can especially recommend the holiday home for a vacation with a dog!

Vacation with Dog
The holiday home is very well equipped, clean, with comfortable beds and has a nice large garden where our dog could romp around. For us, there were comfortable lounge furniture to relax. There was a lockable shed for our e-bikes. The holiday complex was very nice and quiet and had everything for daily needs.

Holiday home Texel - love
We were in the holiday home with two children and two small dogs.
We really liked it.
There was a lot of outdoor toys for the children, and the four-legged friends were also considered.
The rooms in the house are well distributed.
There are even two bathrooms.
The listing matches one-to-one.
However, one should keep in mind that there is no basic equipment, such as salt, oil, soap, or cleaning supplies.
It is best to bring these upon arrival.
The location was optimal for making excursions. A supermarket is nearby, and the town, which is within walking distance, is very diverse (shopping, restaurants, snack bars, a small natural history museum...).
You need a car or, ideally, a bike to get to the beach.
Bikes can be easily rented at De Krim.
The landlords are very nice.
You get a WhatsApp contact to communicate if necessary.
We had a lovely break and thank the Steinbrink family.
We would rent the little house again.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful vacation in this holiday home on Texel and were completely thrilled! The house is very clean, cozily furnished, and well-equipped – we lacked nothing. We were there with four adults and two children. The large property was simply perfect for the children. They could play and romp to their heart's content while we adults enjoyed the peace and relaxed atmosphere. This is exactly how one envisions a successful family vacation. The location is ideal for exploring the island, and after each outing, we were happy to return to this great holiday home. We would especially like to highlight the warm and helpful hosts who made our stay perfect. We liked it so much that we immediately booked our vacation for next year again. That says it all! We are already looking forward to coming back and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home.

«Texel-liebe» achieves a holiday rating of 4.9 (rating scale: 1 to 5) at 11 submitted reviews.
Besonders toll war der große, komplett eingezäunte Garten mit Terrasse – gerade mit zwei Hunden wirklich ideal. So konnten die Hunde draußen frei laufen und wir konnten entspannt Zeit auf der Terrasse verbringen.
Der Strand ist zu Fuß in etwa 40 Minuten erreichbar. Der Weg dorthin eignet sich super für einen schönen Spaziergang mit Hund. Wer nicht laufen möchte, ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten am Strand.
Auch für Fahrradtouren ist die Lage prima geeignet. Ende September war es außerdem angenehm ruhig und nicht überlaufen.
Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar ein paar Spiele, sodass auch für gemütliche Abende im Haus gesorgt war.
Insgesamt war wirklich alles da, was wir für eine entspannte Woche gebraucht haben.
Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Handtücher und Seife sind im Ferienhaus nicht vorhanden und sollten selbst mitgebracht werden. Handtücher kann man bei Bedarf allerdings auch an der Rezeption bekommen, Kosten belaufen sich auf 9€ für ein Dusch- und ein Handwaschtuch.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Ferienhaus besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund sehr empfehlen!
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Für die Kinder gab es eine Menge Outdoor- Spielzeug und auch an die Vierbeiner wurde gedacht.
Die Räumlichkeiten im Haus sind gut aufgeteilt .
Es gibt sogar zwei Badezimmer.
Das Inserat stimmt eins zu eins überein.
Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass es keine Basicausstattung gibt, wie Salz, Öl, Seife oder Putzmittel.
Bestenfalls bei Anreise mitbringen.
Die Lage war optimal um Ausflüge zumachen.
Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und das Städtchen welches fußläufig ist, ist sehr abwechslungsreich ( Shopping, Restaurants, Imbiss, ein kleines Naturmuseum….)
Zum Strand benötigt man ein Auto oder bestenfalls ein Rad.
Fahrräder kann man sich problemlos im De Krim mieten.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.
Man bekommt einen WhatsApp Kontakt um ggf. zu kommunizieren.
Wir hatten eine schöne Auszeit und bedanken uns bei der Familie Steinbrink.
Wir würden das Häuschen erneut mieten.
Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort. Für die Kinder war das große Grundstück einfach perfekt. Sie konnten nach Herzenslust spielen und toben, während wir Erwachsenen die Ruhe und die entspannte Atmosphäre genießen konnten. Genau so stellt man sich einen gelungenen Familienurlaub vor.
Die Lage ist ideal, um die Insel zu erkunden, und nach jedem Ausflug haben wir uns gefreut, wieder in dieses tolle Ferienhaus zurückzukehren.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, die unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht haben.
Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt unseren Urlaub für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht haben. Das sagt eigentlich alles! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das Wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Im ersten .OG , zu erteichen über eine offene Holztreppe, befinden sich noch mal 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt auch eine Heißluftfriteuse. Die Spülmaschine ist recht klein aber für uns völlig ausreichend. Es befindet sich am Haus ein eigener Parkplatz und im Garten ein großer Schuppen in den mühelos unsere Fahrräder verstaut werden konnten . Das Haus ist ungeben von einem schönen großen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. 2 Liegen mit Auflagen und eine große Lounge sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Uns hat das Haus so gut gefallen das wir es direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben. Es überzeugt auch der sehr nettte Kontakt zum Vermieter. Allerdings gibt es auch ein kleines Aber... als Erst Urlauber auf Texel hätten wir eine Info Mappe gut gefunden über Sehenswürdigkeit Ausflugsziele und vor allem Fahrradknotenpunkte.
Wij waren blij verrast met de moderne inrichting en voorzieningen.
De ligging was prima, beetje achteraf wat extra rust gaf.
De aanwezigheid van veel spelletjes, tuinmeubelen etc was erg fijn!
Leuke bijkomstigheid: normale en mooie wijn en bier glazen. ?
Alles is schoon en netjes, wat je nodig bent is aanwezig, veel ruimte, grote afgesloten tuin.
Het contact met de eigenaars verloopt soepel en heel vriendelijk.
Het huisje ligt op loopafstand van alle voorzieningen zoals plaza, speeltuin en zwembad. Het strand en de vuurtoren zijn dichtbij met de auto 8 min. En op de fiets 20 min. Het hele eiland is sowieso goed bereikbaar vanaf het huisje.
Wij hebben een geweldig weekend gehad in het huisje van de fam. Steinbrink.
