Our detached holiday home Zonnehoek [see homepage “Zonnehoek-Texel”] has on the ground floor a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a bathroom with bathtub and shower fixture, a living-dining room with cassette fireplace, and an open kitchen with granite countertop, dishwasher, tall refrigerator (183 l with 17 l *** freezer compartment), pad and filter coffee machine, and combination microwave. Both from the living-dining room and from the bedroom, you can access the enclosed south terrace [patio] through French doors. A small storage room with washing machine is accessible from the garden as well as from the bedroom. Throughout the ground floor there are durable tiles, and in the bathroom a granite floor.
A staircase leads from the living-dining area to the upper floor [the staircase is not suitable for people with mobility impairments]. There are both bedrooms, which are fitted with bright, spacious dormer windows. Each bedroom has two single beds [2 beds at 90 x 200 and 2 beds at 100 x 200]. A bright bathroom with Velux window, shower, toilet, and sink is accessible from the upper hallway. The rooms on the upper floor have laminate flooring, and the bathroom has tiles.
The approximately 400 sqm garden is fully fenced. In front of the house there is a double parking space.
Internet access via Wi-Fi is free of charge. The bungalow park Villapark Residentie Texel (formerly De Krim) is very child-friendly, with a variety of children's playgrounds, indoor children's play paradise, pony riding, children's farm, bicycle rental, new, large heated fun swimming pool (with two long water slides and a wild water ride [free to use for tenants], 'Swimming Pool of the Year' at the 'Swimming Pool Industry Award 2017' elections). Furthermore, there are various restaurants, a climbing park, and a supermarket in the park [see the park’s website under “De Krim”]. The Texel golf course is within walking distance and can be used at special rates.

Echt schönes Haus - empfehlenswert!
Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus . Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für den Urlaub mit Hunden. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.
