Welcome to our charming holiday home at holiday park De Krim Texel, located in De Cocksdorp. With 108 square metres of living space and room for up to 6 guests, this is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all of which are comfortably furnished and exude a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The heart of the house is the cosy living room with its inviting fireplace. The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and, with the adjoining conservatory, offers a calming view of the well-tended garden, which is out of sight. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The house is also equipped with a modern TV and DVD, ideal for cosy evenings at home. Long-term rentals are available, making it the perfect choice for those planning a longer stay. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
Inside you will find a blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. Comfortable beds (approx. May/June 24 replacement of all beds with new box-spring beds) and tasteful interior design create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The bathrooms are modern and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

In the bathing season from the beginning of May to around the first week of September, we are happy to provide you with our beach hut with 3 sun loungers at Paal 28 free of charge, so that you can live and relax on the beach all day long - pure holiday!
And if the weather doesn't play along, you can have fun in the top indoor swimming pool on the holiday park - free entry for our guests!

De Cocksdorp is a charming village on the Dutch island of Texel.
The holiday park has a supermarket with fresh bread every day, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, three water slides, a wild water slide and a paddling pool for toddlers, who can also be watched at the cosy pool bar.
The outdoor pool with sunbathing lawn is open from approx. 1 April to 1 November, weather permitting.

Right next to the holiday park is the De Texelse golf course with 18-hole par 72 course and 9-hole par 3 course, putting green and chipping ground, golf school, driving range, partly covered and the clubhouse with restaurant and golf shop.
The holiday park is located directly on the nature reserve, close to the sea and the beach, approx. 800 m from the village/town centre.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 90 days before the day of arrival.
- (1) Der Mieter kann vor Beginn des Mietverhältnisses durch schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Vermieter vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Tritt der Mieter vom Mietvertrag zurück, so hat er pauschalen Ersatz für die beim Vermieter bereits entstandenen Aufwendungen und den entgangenen Gewinn in der nachfolgenden Höhe zu leisten, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist: Rücktritt - bis 90 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 20 % des Mietpreises - bis 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60 % des Mietpreises - bis 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 80 % des Mietpreises - bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises - bis 7 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 100 % des Mietpreises - bei Nichterscheinen: 100 % des Mietpreises (2) Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet. (3) Dem Mieter bleibt der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass dem Vermieter durch den Rücktritt kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist. Der Mieter kann bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag einen Ersatzmieter benennen, der bereit ist, an seiner Stelle in das bestehende Vertragsverhältnis einzutreten. Der Vermieter kann dem Eintritt des Dritten widersprechen, wenn dieser wirtschaftlich oder persönlich unzuverlässig erscheint. (4) Die Vermieter bemüht sich ebenfalls, einen Ersatz-Mieter zu finden. (5) Die gesetzlichen Rücktritts- und Kündigungsmöglichkeiten bleiben hiervon unberührt. Der Vermieter empfiehlt dem Mieter den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung
