Description
The kitchen is separated and very fully equipped with gas cooker, combi-microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc.. A small freezer is in the storeroom, as is the washing machine.
1 bedroom with two beds on the ground floor, on the upper floor 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Bath / shower / WC on the ground floor, small bathroom = WC and washbasin on the upper floor.
Wind-protected terrace to the south side and patio equipped with chairs/cushions.
2 car parking spaces at the holiday home.
The keys and swimming pool tickets are issued at the De Krim reception.
Wood-burning stove, all windows on the first floor can be opened and are equipped with insect screens and roller blinds. Cot and high chair are available by arrangement at no extra charge. Admission to the indoor swimming pool is included in the price.

The holiday home is located in a quiet side street. The centre is within easy walking distance. There you will find a supermarket, restaurant, swimming pool, playgrounds for children, reception, etc. The golf course is close by. In De Cocksdorp, also very easy to reach by bike, you will find several restaurants, supermarket, doctor, bike shop/rental and much more.

Cancellation terms:

In the event of cancellation one month (received in writing by the landlord) before the start of the trip, the landlord will try to rent the house and 60% of the deposit will be refunded. If the house cannot be rented, the entire rental fee must be paid. If cancellation occurs less than one month before the start of the lease, the deposit will be forfeited. In the case of re-rental, the second payment will be refunded. If re-rental fails, no refund will be given. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

By car to Den Helder and follow the signs for the ferry. The ferry leaves Den Helder or Den Hoorn every hour. Reservations are not possible. Journey time approx. 20 min.
Or travel by train to Den Helder, from the station by bus to the ferry. On Texel there is also a connection from the ferry port to De Cocksdorp. It is not possible to take bicycles on the bus on Texel.

5 ***** Holiday Park de Krim House no.191
The house is located in a large, well-maintained complex. Since there are many houses of the same design in the complex, the specific signs and the distinctive feature of the house (an owl) were very helpful. The house is very well maintained and well equipped. It starts with the super-equipped kitchen and goes on with the very large TV with its accompanying Dolby Surround System. The leather sofa and leather armchairs in the living room are very comfortable. We also liked the large wooden table with leather chairs. The beds (mattresses) are good – not too soft and not too hard. Art lovers will enjoy looking at the many pictures/prints. The garden is large and equipped with good furniture. The typically Dutch beach hut at Paal 28 is really great. With nice beach weather, you could definitely spend the whole day there. Due to the rather poor weather, we only went there once ;-) It is really worth ordering bread rolls from the Spar supermarket. To pick up or have them delivered to the house for 1 Euro. The quality of the bread rolls almost reaches German standards. There is also a good e-bike rental station on the park grounds of De Krim.
