Villa 'Vacuna' (5 * classification VVV 2012) on the edge of the nature reserve 'Westhove'; a magnificent forest and dune area with many cycling and walking routes.
Villa Vacuna has a large enclosed garden (5200 m2) on the south side.
The house is ideal for family gatherings and small clubs of friends (max. 16 persons) who want stylish enjoy a special house in beautiful surroundings. Also very suitable for courses, conferences, small bridge clubs or small Musikantenland groups.
The beach and the lake are within walking distance. (800m)
'Villa Vacuna' 1922 built (along with the left nearby farm and the right of it high 'home) with original features (magnificent ceilings, doors, stained glass, etc.)
It was especially a lot of effort used to set up the living rooms, the kitchen and the Sanitärs. This so that they are not only in stylish keeping with the house, but also are very comfortable.
The house is ideal for family gatherings and small clubs of friends (max. 16 persons) who want stylish enjoy a special house in beautiful surroundings. Also very geeingnet for courses, conferences, small bridge clubs or small Musikantenkgruppen. (See photos living room).
Classification house:
Ground floor: Very large living room with color TV (satellite), sunny conservatory with Gartenmobeln and playpen. Separate kitchen, very well equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, 2 Kühnlschränken, very large dining room for 16 persons (meeting room) with very large tables, separate specially Beiküche / relaxation room with washing machine, 2nd dresser and table tennis. Two toilets.
First floor: 2 large bedrooms with 2 times a bed, 1 bedroom with 3 times a bed and a very large bedroom with 2 x 2 beds. All of these bedrooms have washbasins. A passage Sleep room with a bed. Luxurious bathroom with bath and shower, sink and toilet. Two cots.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 x 1 bed. 2e Luxurious bathroom with shower, tub and sink.

Villa Vacuna has a large enclosed garden (5200 m2) on the south side.
The house offers views of the entire island of Walcheren, on the Rücksiete and on the sides of the view of meadows and woods with the medieval castle Westhove in front. Domburg is a well-known seaside resort with many possibilities. Available are: a tropical swimming pool, tennis courts and a golf course. There are many restaurants. The possibility of renting bicycles is available in both Domburg and Oostkapelle. Nearby are Leihpferdestalle, the forest between Domburg and Oostkapelle offers many bridle paths.
Zeeland's coast is untouched. The only "buildings" that exist there are the dunes that rise steeply from sometimes the beach as a buffer against the sea. Depending on the area, Zeeland's beaches are different. But one thing is common to them all: They are the best in the Netherlands - and count the most sunshine hours.
Discover Zeeland by bike. You will pass picturesque towns and villages, cosy beaches, endless cycle paths un a beautiful nature.
Sealand but is also characterised by its terraces and quality restaurants.
Beautiful excursions (e.g. the Oosterschelde with Neeltje Jans, Veere and Middelburg with many historical monuments).

Very nice holiday home
The holiday home is located only 10 minutes from the beautiful beach between Oostkapelle and Domburg. The house with its 7 rooms was ideal for our large group with small and older children. The rooms and layouts are very spacious. In addition to the large living room with a warming fireplace, there is a nice sized dining room with a hatch to the kitchen and a 'games/garage room' with a table tennis table. The sanitary facilities, with the separate toilets and the many washing facilities in the rooms, were also adequate.We would all want to come back. Only the lack of barbecue facilities and the main road are a point deduction.
