The flat La Vigna consists of a living room-kitchen, a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor and a bathroom with shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet. The architecture is typical of the region with high ceilings, exposed beams and terracotta floors. The large windows enjoy beautiful views of the forest, vineyard and olive grove on our property. The atmosphere is romantic and well-kept, the bed is very comfortable and ensures a good rest.
We provide complete linen for the beds, bathroom, kitchen and pool towels. Possibility of using the washing machine and iron.
The large garden offers equipped spaces for eating in the shade, deckchairs and sunbeds for resting and sunbathing and a 11x5.50 metre swimming pool with a panoramic view, in shared use with other guests of the house. Ample internal parking.
We are in the middle of the countryside and access to the property is by a convenient asphalted road. The property is immersed in a landscape of great natural beauty and tranquillity. In the villa there are 3 other flats for tourist use and the flat inhabited by Tina and Franco, the owners.
La Tinaia was an agritourism from 2000 to 2024, during these years we produced Chianti wine and evo oil and hosted people from all over the world. Many years have passed and now we have entrusted the farm to younger people, while continuing to welcome tourists who love Tuscany, nature, art and tranquillity.

The La Vigna flat is located inside the La Tinaia property, a typical Tuscan farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods, on the hills of Scandicci, metropolitan area of Florence, just 5 km from the stop of the T1 tram line, which will take you to the centre of Florence in 18 minutes, with departures every 5 minutes and free parking. La Tinaia is the ideal starting point for daily visits to Florence and for reaching the most beautiful places in Tuscany in less than an hour: Fiesole, Vinci, Certaldo, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa and the Tuscan sea.
In this area there is a 50-hectare city park with a collection of contemporary sculptures (Poggio Valicaia), many CAI (Club Alpino Italiano) trails for trekking and mountain biking.

For our vacation, we were fortunate to find a very beautiful renovated typical Tuscan farmhouse, surrounded by its own vineyard and olive trees, for 2 weeks in July 2018.
The farmhouse is centrally located for our activities,
such as visiting Tuscany/Chianti/Florence, among others. The apartment is excellently equipped. The farm is located not far from Florence on a hill with a beautiful view of the Chianti region mountains. The very well-maintained swimming pool has a particularly high value! After the daily visits to the beautiful places in the Chianti region and the many sights in Florence, we like to return to this paradise-like place in the late afternoon to digest all the wonderful impressions of the day. The place is uniquely beautiful, peaceful for us, and we hope to be able to come here again very soon.
