The "Casa Rossa" lies in the rolling hills between Montelupo Fiorentino and Montespertoli.
The country house has been carefully restored preserving the typical Tuscan features such as beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.
Elegant, rustic charm and modern comfort combine to give this detached house its charm. The clever division of the spacious rooms and the exposure through large windows and patio doors create a homely ambience. Especially appealing are the high quality furniture and custom built fixtures that are so typical of Tuscany. From the covered terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of a lovely landscape. At the private pool and in the wonderfully fragrant garden you can choose between sunny spots and the shade of tall trees.

From the terrace you enter the spacious living area; a comfortable sofa bed and matching armchairs in front of the brick fireplace look very cozy. The high-quality wood kitchen is decorated in rustic green; also from here you have direct access to the garden. The cupboards in the three bedrooms are made by the carpenter; the two upper bedrooms even have large walk-in closets. High-quality cotto mosaic and solid marble slabs, which are coordinated in color, decorate the elegant bathrooms. Rustic beamed ceilings and the local terracotta floor complete the aesthetic image.

very beautiful location
The location of the holiday home is remarkable in the middle of vineyards and a beautiful landscape. Those who depend on mobile network connectivity will have a problem here. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you! (WLAN works when contact to the outside world is needed!)
The house is very well equipped, with 3 bathrooms certainly a special asset.
And then there is the proximity to Florence, which makes it possible to go there for shorter trips. Montespertoli nearby is a lovely village with the opportunity to get in touch with locals.
All in all: highly recommended!
