The charming villa has been freshly renovated and is furnished with great attention to detail. It is the ideal place for those who are looking for a relaxing, exclusive vacation with family or friends.
The vacation home has two floors and with 400 m² offers plenty of space for max. 20 (17+3) people, accommodated in 7 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms.
On the first floor is the large kitchen, which is particularly comfortably equipped with oven column (plus microwave) and double-door refrigerator. In addition to the usual kitchenette, there is also a modern kitchen island with additional sink and hob and a separate pantry
From the kitchen you enter the very spacious dining room with a large table and comfortable seating and a fireplace. From here you have a wonderful view of the outdoor loggia and the Mediterranean garden
Adjacent to this is the living room, which is equipped with comfortable sofas and TV. Here is an old well, which has been carefully restored and secured.
In addition, on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which is equipped for the disabled.
Another five bedrooms can be found on the 1st floor, all have private bathrooms with showers
The room layout is as follows
two double rooms, one double room with a bunk bed, one triple room with another bed in the attic, one triple room with a French bed (1.20 m wide) and a single bed)
A laundry room on the second floor and a guest toilet on the first floor are also available for guests
Outside
In front of the house there is a shaded loggia with tables for outdoor meals overlooking the well-kept park. Here you will also find the fully restored wood-burning stove and a large barbecue
Just a few steps from the villa, guests can relax in the elegant pool area (5x10m; 1.30m deep) with outdoor shower. A comfortable staircase leads into the water, and the sunbeds and umbrellas invite you to relax
The outdoor area is further well equipped with swing, hammock, trampoline, table tennis, foosball and a volleyball court.
The property has a beautiful vegetable garden, from which guests can help themselves to the organic vegetables
The villa is accessed through two gates, there is plenty of private parking for 7 to 10 vehicles.

Worth visiting are also the surrounding villages of Scarperia, Borgo San Lorenzo, Barberino di Mugello and especially many places rich in history (Giotto's house in Vicchio, the ancient Romanesque watermill of Ronta, the Medici Villa of Cafaggiolo, the monastery of Bosco ai Frati, the Palazzo dei Vicari of Scarperia ...).
