This beautiful, large holiday villa is located in the hilly landscape of the famous Chianti wine-growing region, near the village of Montespertoli, embedded between forests, olive groves and vineyards.
The owner family takes care of the property and the well-being of their guests.
In the spacious garden, a little apart from the house and in a panoramic position, there is the beautiful pool (5 x 10 m).
The villa is divided into four residential units and is suitable for large families or several couples who are friends and want to spend their holidays together.
In the annex there is a large eat-in kitchen with an extendable dining table, where all 10 possible guests can find space for a meal together.
In front of the apartment on the ground floor of the villa there is another dining area where the whole group can sit for al fresco dining.
The two apartments on the first and second floor each have a loggia with a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding fields, vineyards and olive groves. All 7 bedrooms of the villa have a private bathroom.
The four-legged family members are also very welcome in the Villa Tirinzan and will find plenty of space to romp in the garden.

Location and surroundings of object
The nearest town is Montespertoli and is about 6 km from the property. Here guests will find everything they need on vacation: shops, ice cream parlors, banks, a post office, supermarkets, coffee bars, restaurants and much more.
A trip to Florence (approx. 35 km) should definitely be planned. It is approx. 45 km to Volterra, approx. 56 km to Pisa and approx. 85 km to the sea in Marina di Bibbona.

Extra bed € 150,- per person per week (only possible in the apartment Secondo Piano). Cot and high chair free of charge on request. Surcharge for dogs € 7,- per dog per day.
