Description
The property is a little paradise, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. It is surrounded by greenery in an absolutely secluded location, in the heart of Tuscany, with a view of the fascinating 'Balzen'.
The villa exudes a very child-friendly atmosphere. In addition to the large pool with Roman steps, it offers a small football field with goals, a table tennis table, bicycles, swings and other play equipment.
The rustic country house has retained its original character and can accommodate a maximum of 16 people (13 adults and 3 children) in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one bathroom with shower is by the pool).
Spread over two floors there is a new, large, fully equipped rustic eat-in kitchen with space for 16 or more people with a fireplace and dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms, 3 triple bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet.
Outside there is the large private pool (5 m x 15 m) with sun loungers and a large parasol, a football field, a barbecue for meals that can be taken outdoors in the shade of the tall trees. And 2 'bathrooms' with toilet and shower. The shower is only warm in summer.
The very good transport connections are worth mentioning. In just under 10 minutes you can reach the motorway and be in Florence or other interesting places in Tuscany in just a few minutes.
The holiday home, garden and pool are only rented to a group and are available for sole use.
The owner lives right next door and is available to help and advise you.

Location and surroundings of object
The next village is in walking distance of just 1km. Here you will find a grocery store, fruits and vegetables, coffee shop and a church.
A few kilometers away is the pictorial little town of Reggello with the famous Pieve. Here you can admire works of art by Masaccio. In the village there are several shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shop, post office, bank, pharmacy, etc.
In close proximity you can take advantage of attractive sports facilities: tennis (5km), riding with horses ( km) and golf (20 km). The villa is located 20 km south of Florence in the heart of Tuscany surrounded by the picturesque countryside of the Upper Arno valley.
Cultural cities such as Florence, Arezzo and Siena can be reached quickly and easily by car.
The Chianti is located just a few kilometers away.
Florence and Arezzo can also be reached comfortably and directly by train from Figline Valdarno (7 km).
The beautiful scenery of this region invites as well to many sporting activities such as hiking, biking and cycling.
However, you should not miss to taste the gastronomic specialties of this area and take part in some of the many events that are offered around during the summer months.

A dream house!
We went there with 13 young people (25-30Y) and had a dream holiday!
Dario and Francesca were super friendly and helpful. Sitting outside for long evenings and music by the pool was no problem at all
The kitchen has everything you need. The windows all have fly screens, so you can leave the windows open at night. We spent a lot of time in the garden, by the pool and cooking, pure dolce vita!
If you fancy a slow, relaxing country holiday and can get there by car, this is the place for you!

Great vacation
The location of the house is simply superb, even if the access road leads along dirt tracks for a few hundred meters.
We were there with 5 people (4 adults + 1 small child) and felt really comfortable. Franzeska, Viola, and Dario made a big contribution to this, always being ready to help and giving us some great tips.
The pool is simply amazing and was used extensively. Our grandson (2 1/2 years old) and our dog were able to romp around on the large property. A big thank you to Dario for the electric car!

All in all, it was a great vacation.

Rarely was a vacation so relaxing!!!
Rarely has a holiday passed so quickly and we have never had such nice and warm landlords !! Beautiful location, ideal for excursions whether city, nature or sights. But also an ideal place to relax! The access road could be optimized a bit.
