Beautiful flat house

Very nice and cosy holiday flat to relax in. We were allowed to spend ? days on site with our 2 dogs, which was very nice. The hosts are lovely people who make your stay so much sweeter. A big thank you to Rosella Franco and Carlo

We can highly recommend the accommodation.

We had booked Apartment 1 and were thrilled from the beginning. The great location, the great view and the tranquility. Simply fantastic to relax and unwind. Our hosts (unfortunately only Carlo was present during our time) were very nice and helpful. The small village of Artimino, above the Casa, is very attractive and inviting. Unfortunately, it is hardly possible to get a table in one of the 3 restaurants without a reservation. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

Heerlijk??

Net terug van een heerlijke vakantie. Helemaal tot rust gekomen! Wij hebben 2,5 week doorgebracht bij Rosella, Franco en Carlo en hebben genoten. Het appartement is schoon, compleet en goed uitgerust. Schitterende omgeving en uitzicht vanaf het terras en de tuin. Goede uitvalsplek voor bezichtigen van bv. Lucca, Pisa, Sienna, Volterra en uiteraard Florence. Ook de zee ligt op slechts 1 uurtje rijden. Fruit vers uit eigen tuin.
Leven als God in Italië ??!
Mede door de gastvrijheid van de verhuurders viel het afscheid zwaar. Lieve Rosella, Franco en Carlo nogmaals dank voor alles jullie zijn schatten ?.

Miscellaneous: A beautiful accommodation with a view over the hills of Tuscany. The apartment has everything you need, is clean and nicely furnished. Rosella, Franco and Carlo are accommodating and exceptionally nice. We would love to come back to Apartment Artimino. We felt very comfortable.

Der Abschied fiel uns schwer

Unsere Gastgeber, Rosella und Franco Pucci, haben uns herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Bereits zum Einzug gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk – eine Flasche Rotwein und ein Fläschchen Olivenöl. Beides aus eigener Herstellung. Zusätzlich noch einen Eisgutschein, den wir in der nahe gelegenen Eisdiele gegen super-leckeres Eis eintauschen konnten. Rosella und Franco sprechen nur italienisch und wir nur deutsch plus englisch, aber mit etwas gutem Willen und Übersetzungs-App hat die Kommunikation geklappt.
Frisches Obst aus dem Garten (Feigen, Pfirsiche und Weintrauben) und kleine toskanische Kostproben aus der Küche von Rosella versüßten uns außerdem den Urlaub.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad sah aus wie neu. Von unserem Balkon aus hatten wir einen tollen Blick ins Tal und auf den Pool, der jeden Morgen sauber gemacht wurde und uns zum täglichen Bad bei 24 – 26 ° Celsius einlud.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Artimino, einem kleinen Ort auf einem Berg gelegen, von dem man aus gute Ausflüge in die Toskana unternehmen kann. Toskana Pur hat uns dazu viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben, angefangen von den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Restaurantvorschlägen ebenso Wochenmarktübersicht und alles inklusive Öffnungszeiten.
Der Abschied von Rosella und Franco fiel uns nach zwei Wochen schwer, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Als kleine Erinnerung haben wir von Familie Pucci selbst gemachten Limoncello und Wein mitgenommen.
Alles in allem ein super toller Urlaub !!!

Italienische Gastfreundschaft

Wir hatten wundervolle 10 Tage. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und Anlage. Das Appartement hat alles nötige (neues Badezimmer) und vieles war schon vor Ort. Werde beim nächsten Mal nicht alles mitnehmen. Denn.... wir werden wieder kommen. Wir können uns bei Rosella und Franco nicht genug für die Herzlichleit bedanken. Sie machen uns den Urlaub unvergesslich. Molto bene. Die Verständigung war ein wenig holprig, da wir nur einige Wörter italienisch sprechen, aber es geht alles.

The landlords are always trying to make sure their guests have a great time without being pushy.
The pictures of the house and pool do not do justice to the reality! Although they look great.
Both the flat and the pool area are in a clean condition and look as if everything is brand new.
In summary, Casa Artimino can be recommended without reservation

we come again

We stayed at Casa Artimino for a week in August 2018. Everything was great! Very nice landlords and a sensational location with great views of the valleys. We then went to the sea for another week, but would have loved to stay there longer. We will be back!

wundervolle Tage

Wir verbrachten wundervolle Tage bei Rosella und Franco in Artimino. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung ist toll. Ausflüge nach Florenz, Siena oder Pisa können mit dem Zug unternommen werden. Der Bahnhof in Montelupo ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Montelupo. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung und den Ort nur weiterempfehlen.

Es war fantastisch!

Es waren zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen bei Franco und Rosella Pucci in Casa Artimino!
Vorweg auch ein großes Dankeschön an das Team Toskana pur! Reibungsloser Ablauf, eine Vielzahl wichtiger Informationen, gepaart mit vielen wertvollen Tipps. Das habt ihr super für uns vorbereitet!
Nun zur Unterkunft:
Ein tolles Appartement für 2-3 Personen inklusive Hund. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon älter und auch sicherlich nicht jedermanns Geschmack, passt aber absolut ins Gesamtbild. Für uns gab es nichts, was wir vermisst hätten und beim nächsten mal würden wir etwas weniger einpacken (weil wirklich alles da ist wie beschrieben). Die Lage der Anlage ist für uns wunderschön gewesen. Ein Paradies. Wir hatten auch den Eindruck, dass hier der Italiener selber Urlaub macht. Ausländische Kennzeichen waren kaum auszumachen.
Die Hausherren Rosella und Franco sind auch ganz liebe Leute. Wie schon durch andere beschrieben können sie außer italienisch keine andere Sprache, aber auch das gehörte für uns zum Urlaub dazu und wenn man nur wollte hat man sich doch gut verständigen können (Internet und Übersetzungsprogramme funktionierten gut).
Wir können also hier zwei sehr gute Empfehlungen abgeben. Danke an das Team Toskana Pur und vielen Dank an Rosella und Franco Pucci! Es war fantastisch!
