From booking to departure, everything worked wonderfully. Communication with Mr. Janker was perfect, friendly, every inquiry was answered promptly. And Casa Artimino is a dream. The (surrounding) area is a dream, and Rosella, the owner, and her son Carlo are warm, uncomplicated, a joy to meet. We felt completely comfortable and will gladly come back!!!

Beautiful flat house

Very nice and cosy holiday flat to relax in. We were allowed to spend ? days on site with our 2 dogs, which was very nice. The hosts are lovely people who make your stay so much sweeter. A big thank you to Rosella Franco and Carlo

We can highly recommend the accommodation.

We had booked Apartment 1 and were thrilled from the beginning. The great location, the great view and the tranquility. Simply fantastic to relax and unwind. Our hosts (unfortunately only Carlo was present during our time) were very nice and helpful. The small village of Artimino, above the Casa, is very attractive and inviting. Unfortunately, it is hardly possible to get a table in one of the 3 restaurants without a reservation. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

Delicious?

Just back from a wonderful holiday. Completely relaxed! We spent 2.5 weeks with Rosella, Franco, and Carlo and had a great time. The apartment is clean, complete, and well-equipped. Stunning surroundings and views from the terrace and garden. A great starting point for visiting places like Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, and of course Florence. The sea is also just a 1-hour drive away. Fresh fruit from their own garden.
Living like a God in Italy! 🇮🇹✨ Partly due to the hospitality of the landlords, saying goodbye was difficult. Dear Rosella, Franco, and Carlo, thank you again for everything, you are treasures ? .

The farewell was difficult for us.

Our hosts, Rosella and Franco Pucci, warmly welcomed us, and we immediately felt comfortable. Upon arrival, we received a small welcome gift - a bottle of red wine and a bottle of olive oil, both produced on their own. Additionally, we also received a voucher for ice cream, which we could exchange for delicious ice cream at the nearby ice cream parlor. Rosella and Franco only speak Italian, and we only speak German and English, but with some goodwill and a translation app, communication worked out. Fresh fruit from the garden (figs, peaches, and grapes) and small Tuscan delicacies from Rosella's kitchen sweetened our holiday. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and well equipped. The bathroom looked like new. From our balcony, we had a great view of the valley and the pool, which was cleaned every morning and invited us for a daily swim at 24-26 ° Celsius.
We had a wonderful time in Artimino, a small town located on a hill, from where you can easily take trips to explore Tuscany. Toskana Pur gave us many valuable tips, starting from shopping opportunities nearby, restaurant recommendations, weekly market overview, and inclusive opening hours. Parting from Rosella and Franco after two weeks was difficult, we will definitely return. As a small souvenir, we took homemade Limoncello and wine from the Pucci family. All in all, a fantastic holiday!

Arrive and feel comfortable

All top. Lovely and warm hosts, beautiful, well-kept property with a pool, wonderful surroundings, and we have never had such a sparkling clean vacation apartment as Casa Artimino. Arrive and feel comfortable right away.

Italienische Gastfreundschaft

We had a wonderful 10 days. A very well-kept house and grounds. The apartment has everything necessary (new bathroom) and much was already there. Next time, I won't bring everything. Because... we will come back. We cannot thank Rosella and Franco enough for their warmth. They make our holiday unforgettable. Molto bene. Communication was a bit bumpy as we only speak a few words of Italian, but it all works out.

We had a wonderful week
The landlords are always trying to make sure their guests have a great time without being pushy.
The pictures of the house and pool do not do justice to the reality! Although they look great.
Both the flat and the pool area are in a clean condition and look as if everything is brand new.
In summary, Casa Artimino can be recommended without reservation

we come again

We stayed at Casa Artimino for a week in August 2018. Everything was great! Very nice landlords and a sensational location with great views of the valleys. We then went to the sea for another week, but would have loved to stay there longer. We will be back!

wonderful days

We spent wonderful days with Rosella and Franco in Artimino. The vacation rental is very nice. Nothing is missing. The surroundings are great. Excursions to Florence, Siena, or Pisa can be done by train. The train station in Montelupo is very easy to reach by car. Shopping possibilities are in Montelupo. We can only recommend this vacation rental and the location.

It was fantastic!

It was two beautiful and relaxing weeks at Franco and Rosella Pucci's Casa Artimino! First of all, a big thank you to the Team Toskana pur! Smooth process, a large amount of important information, combined with many valuable tips. You prepared that really well for us! Now to the accommodation: A great apartment for 2-3 people including a dog. The furnishings may be a bit older and may not be to everyone's taste, but fit perfectly into the overall picture. There was nothing we missed and next time we would pack less (because everything is really there as described). The location of the resort was beautiful for us. A paradise. We also had the impression that here the Italians themselves go on vacation. Foreign license plates were hardly visible. The hosts Rosella and Franco are also very nice people. As described by others, they can only speak Italian, but that was part of the vacation for us, and if you wanted, you could still communicate well (Internet and translation programs worked well).
We can give two very good recommendations here. Thanks to the Toskana Pur team and many thanks to Rosella and Franco Pucci! It was fantastic!
