Country House Nazzano is a characteristic stone farmhouse located in one of the most beautiful areas in central Tuscany among olive groves and vineyards close to San Gimignano, Siena and Florence.
The carefully renovated house has maintained its original features. It is furnished with period furniture and the atmosphere is very warm and hospitable.
The immersed panorama of the Chianti hills is characterized by the historic towers of San Gimignano and the medieval village of Certaldo Alto.
Ideal for holidays in a quiet environment, rich in history in the heart of Tuscany with easy access to the major cultural and artistic sites.
Country House Nazzano was renovated in 2022 and two apartments were created, each with independent entrance, garden and patio.
1 - La Lucciola - 6 beds
Ground floor:
large living room with fireplace and dining room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, 5 burner stove, dishwasher, and small bathroom
Mezzanine overlooking the living room with 2 single beds and desk
Loggia of approximately 20 m2
First floor
two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room.
Price from Euro 190 to Euro 260 per night
2) La Rondine 2 + 2 beds
On the ground floor:
large living room with fireplace/fully equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, bathroom/WC, comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
Loggia of approximately 10 m2.
Price from Euro 90 to Euro 120 per night
In the garden for exclusive use, two relaxation areas equipped with a mini swimming pool where you can admire the view at sunset with a glass of Chianti. Also ideal for the little ones where they can play and cool off on the hottest days.

These two accommodations are ideal for groups of up to 10 people.
The land surrounding the property with olive trees and lawn (1 ha) is available to customers.

schöne Lage, Ausstattung verbesserungsbedürftig
Die Lage ist schön als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Anfahrt zum Haus ist eine Herausforderung. Küche/Wohnzimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, das Mobiliar veraltet. Auf der sonst schönen Terrasse störte der direkte Hörkontakt zur Toilette der Nachbarwohnung.

Really nice place to stay
Located near the nice and very interesting small town of Certaldo with a charming old centre where the writer Giovanni Bocaccio lived. With own or rented car one can easily visit quite a lot of beautiful places around as the famous historical cities of San Gimignano, Siena, Colle di Val d’Elsa etc. The cottage is located slightly off the province road SP64 between Certaldo and Gambassi Terme on top of a hill between vineyards and olio groves - don't miss nature hikes around! Comfort and service both were very good. The hosts, Miriam and Carlo, are kind and really charming people. So, we were very pleased with our stay there and wish to come back in future..
recommend for: seniors, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday
