"Casa di Luca" (about 55sqm) is located above Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardos, in a beautiful panoramic position on the southern slope of Montalbano.
The house, part of a former farmhouse, can accommodate 2 + 1 persons and has been tastefully renovated, using typical materials, in typical Tuscan style.
In front of this beautiful stone house is a fenced garden with a view of the olive groves and vineyards of the Montalbano and the swimming pool (about 4x8x0,7-1,4m)

And what can I say: ... exceeded!!
And what can I say: ... exceeded expectations!!
This was largely due to the "Casa di Luca", this gem, surrounded by olive trees, near Vinci. "Lovingly furnished" doesn't quite capture it; I would say, you can't do better. These ideas, this attention to detail... fantastic!!
Everything clean, everything there.
And then the location: where we all know that the location is one of the most important things! The whole thing garnished with a pool landscape in the olive grove, secluded, but which also doesn't miss anything! Whether it's a shade-providing pergola, various seating or lying options, a grill, shower, garden shed with a small kitchen and music system, you have everything... even your own toilet! What made this holiday truly unique, however, were Luca and Sandra. Sympathy from the first minute, feeling good until the end. "Sulla nostra fratellanza"... right, Luca? great people, thank you for letting us get to know you, thanks for an unforgettable vacation!
At this point, also a big thank you to both of you, Ms. Kaufmann and Mr. Janker: very professional; you did not promise too much!

It was wonderful.
Our vacation at Sandra and Luca's was wonderful. The house is really great, very clean and lovingly and practically furnished. We felt completely comfortable. Sandra and Luca are very, very friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to have met them.
The pool area is really great, very beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The pool is large and you can even cook in this area.
The house is very quiet and you have a fantastic view of the valley.
In the spring, wild flowers bloom everywhere, a great time to travel!

"Casa di Luca = a little paradise in Tuscany"
"Grazie mille" stands for heartfelt thanks for everything, but it is not enough for Luca and Sandra. After these 2 super - beautiful weeks we are so enthusiastic about our very tastefully furnished and very well-kept Casa, which allows a wonderful holiday from the beginning. Everything is there and it feels like you are not even away from home. It is beautifully situated between the olive groves above Vinci. An oasis for peace, relaxation, deceleration as well as being pleasantly surprised every day how the days develop after the sun rises. And if that wasn't already a lot of amenities, no, then you walk through Luca's olive trees and reach the associated wellness oasis, in the form of a large swimming pool (8x4.5 m) with a small hut and kitchen, barbecue, seating and sunbathing areas. Amazing! In the midst of this little paradise, it is easy to realise and plan your plans. Either you go for culture (e.g. Florence, Lucca, Pisa), we are in the middle of all the sights, or you go shopping and if not, then you spend a nice day up here with pure relaxation. All this would not be possible and imaginable without our hosts > "Luca and Sandra". We have travelled a lot and have seen and experienced a lot. But we had never experienced such friendly and cordial care during our holiday. My dear wife and I can only take this opportunity to thank you both, dear Sandra and Luca, and wish you all the best until we see you again. Grazie mille!!!

we can highly recommend the cottage
We had a wonderful holiday at the Casa di Luca property. The cottage was lovingly decorated. The pool area was great. The pool was large, there was a kitchen and toilet in the pool area. We were undisturbed the whole time and had a lot of peace and quiet.
The landlords Luca and Sandra were very hospitable. They helped us at any time, if necessary, with words and deeds. For a quiet and relaxed couple's holiday, Casa di Luca can be highly recommended.

Beautiful vacation above Vinci
At the end of May, we had 11 very nice vacation days in Luca's holiday home. We especially liked the great view from up there, you really have a nice panoramic view and can enjoy the sunsets in the evening. It takes about 10 minutes by car from the picturesque town center of Vinci to the accommodation. At our time, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes on the property. But the kitchen is well equipped and you can even cook there (with a gas stove). A washing machine is also available. Luca is a very friendly host. We can gladly recommend the accommodation!
