The Suttenhütte is 182 sqm and is spread over two floors. The chalet is completely south-facing, situated on a sunny plateau in an unobstructed landscape, not far from the Suttensee and Tegernsee. Enjoy with us the freedom of the mountains - 1,034 m above everyday life - and at the same time all the comfort and luxury of the holiday chalet. The Suttenhütte has four bedrooms, four marble bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms each with a tiled stove and unlimited paradisiacal outdoor space and a new outdoor sauna 'Leni'.

Location and surroundings of object
About 50 kilometres south of Munich lies Rottach-Egern at the southern end of Lake Tegernsee. From there, a toll road leads to the Valepp, via which you can reach the Suttenhütte after about 300 metres of ascent. The toll road runs along the Sutten lift, which takes hikers to the summit of the Stümpfling in summer and provides access to the ski arena in the Spitzing ski area in winter.
Numerous hikes start from the front door in summer through the Valepp, to the Wallberg or up to the Stümpfling. Many adventures await directly on site!

I am happy to have arrived in my adopted home of Rottach-Egern and I love it when my guests are as enthusiastic about the region as I am. I myself love nature and the mountains, I enjoy skiing, mountain biking and hiking - and I have all of this right on my doorstep :-) The special thing about our house is its unique location, in the middle of nature. Surrounded by peace, space, fresh air, ... to switch off from the stressful everyday life for a few days and either enjoy this peace and quiet to the full or pursue the numerous possibilities that are offered here. Whether a mountain tour, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking, a walk around the nearby Suttensee - the possibilities are numerous and wonderful. Also for culinary delights at the highest level and swimming at the most beautiful lake spots - Lake Tegernsee is only a stone's throw away and offers all of this.
