Description
As already mentioned, the holiday home is located in a beautifully maintained complex on the east coast with a large community pool. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, an open living area with kitchen, as well as a separate utility room with washing machine. From the balcony, one has a view to the pool as well as to the nature reserve opposite. Since the balcony is facing east, you can enjoy the sun in the morning. Technical equipment includes hot/cold air conditioning, Wlan and satellite TV. Towels and bed linen are sufficiently available. On your arrival everything will be prepared for you so that you can enjoy your holiday directly. Our service team will welcome you on site and is available for you at any time during your stay.

The complex is located in Cala Anguila. The bays Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia are within walking distance. Also in the village itself there is a baker and small shops, respectively various restaurants, pharmacy, There is also a third bay, Cala Romantica, which can be easily reached by car
It is recommended to take a rental car as Cala Anguila is about 70 km away from Palma. With the rental car, one can also explore the island very well and thus discover a lot. Mallorca is a great island that always offers surprises. You'll be thrilled.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

We recommend that you hire a car, either from Record Go or various other providers from Palma Airport. In the village there are smaller shops for shopping, but the bigger ones like Eroski or Mercadona/Lidl are in the next village and a car is needed.

First holiday in Mallorca
Our first stay on Mallorca took us to Cala Anguila. The beautiful outdoor flat is located in a very well-kept complex. Cala Angulia is a very quiet place and is close to Porto Cristo. There are many shopping possibilities. The flat is nicely furnished, the kitchen is equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils and is very spacious for 4 people. At Corona times everything is different, so the pool was (actually) only allowed to be used with 5 people at a time. We did not like the beaches so much. They were very crowded and not so clean. The on-site support from the Moncori team was great. We had a great time.

Die Strände sind kleine Buchten und werden frühmorgens auch sauber gemacht. Wir hatten bisher noch nie das Problem, dass es verdreckt war. Höchstens mal veralgt. Überlaufen, dass man keinen Platz mehr bekommt, kennen wir selbst so auch nicht.

Exceeded expectations
The first contact with the landlord couple was already very positive, all our questions (we had some) were all answered in detail beforehand, which was extremely helpful for the entire travel planning. The apartment feels bigger than expected. We found everything exactly as described and shown in the pictures, the whole apartment was absolutely clean and well maintained. The bathroom is modern and was also absolutely clean. The balcony is inviting, for example, you can have a nice breakfast in the morning. The pool is also very nice and well maintained, although we mostly used it in the evenings as we visited various beaches and bays during the day. All in all, we were absolutely thrilled, we will gladly come back!
