Rural and yet centrally located, this Holiday Rental will welcome you toe explore the east of Majorca and relax a few days in the countryside. Cala Millor can be reached in just 2.5km, where you can enjoy life at the beach or discover shops and restaurants. In about 3.5km you can reach the Mallorcan towns of Son Carrió and Son Servera.
This Holiday Rental offers a plot of over 15.000m² and the house welcomes you with approx. 130m² of living area. It is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and also it is barrer free. In addition, there is internet (WIFI) and air-conditioning (hot / cold) in the living area, where also is a fireplace for the colder days.
The living-dining area is spacious and practically furnished with a sofa corner, fireplace and satellite TV. Relax here and spend a few quiet days. At the dining table you can enjoy your meals together. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with a magnificent view of the private pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, water cooker, etc. A laundry room with washing machine, iron, and place to dry clothes is available.

In the Garden and around the pool you can relax and just enjoy the Majorca summer. The Private Pool has a length of (8.00m x 4.00m) and depth of (1.00m – 2.00m). Forget everyday life and breathe the mediteranean air lying on one of the sun beds around the pool. From here you can watch easily you children playing in the pool or in the garden. The summer nights can be spent with the family on the large, covered terrace. While enjoying cozy dinners or preparing a Barbecue you can chat, play some games up and enjoy your family time here to the fullest.

Small and fine - Finca with charm
A beautiful old finca where we felt very comfortable. We liked the property, the pool and the barbecue. The interior of the finca is no longer the newest, but still has its charm. Only the cutlery should be changed. But these are small things that didn't bother us. In addition, there was a caring and professional service. We will definitely book again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
