Description
Let yourself be captivated by the wonderful view when you enter the spacious terrace facing the swimming pool (pool size x sqm). Perhaps wrapped in one of our fluffy bathrobes that are at your disposal? :-)
Due to the hilly location, one can let the view wander and, if the visibility is good, one can also catch a glimpse of a tip of the sea.
Here you live alone with your family on m². So there are not several units hidden on the premises. Several fields separate you from the next farmhouse.
When you are awakened in the morning by the first rays of the sun, you may still hear the bells of the sheep that sometimes graze nearby.
Now a bit about the house:
First of all: there are no extra costs! Everything we offer is already included in the prices!
In each bedroom there is a large built-in cupboard where you can really store all your things. There is a double bed and in two rooms a guest bed, which is a small armchair without backrest when not needed. Of course there are also one or more baby cots if required. We just need to know in time. In two of the bedrooms there is also a Panasonic LCD television (32er + 39er). There are also two hotel safes, these are big enough to accommodate a 15 inch laptop.
Our children are a bit bigger now, but of course high chairs and a potty ;-) are available. There's a baby carriage too. There is also a little table with two cute stools added. Our darling has built big Duplo towers on it (with the help of grandma) :-)
All bedrooms - basically the whole house is super insulated, so air conditioning is not really necessary. (I mention this because I don't like to sleep with air conditioning, because how quickly you get a cold). There is also a 'cool' ceiling fan in each bedroom, which runs quietly and quietly and fans a bit of wind if necessary. But of course it is possible to switch on the air conditioning temporarily.
Both bathrooms a dream in marble with a super big sink (there we can brush our teeth with our little one - as soon as the very small one can stand). The shower does not need a shower curtain!! Hair dryer always there, of course. Extra only one body scale (I don't want to use it on vacation)
The kitchen is equipped with all the frills. we have a filter coffee machine, a Senseo pad machine and a Nespresso. On the terrace in front of the kitchen we have set up a small summer kitchen with a two-burner gas hob, a plancha (on which you can grill great vegetables - of course also fish and meat) and a Weber Gasgrill Genesis II, so that you can cook outside as well - I love that. ;-)
There is also no shortage of raclette or fondue for the New Year's Eve celebrations. If something is missing in our kitchen, please contact our caretakers, maybe it will be there at your next visit! :-)
The various terraces give you the opportunity to retreat, to chill out, to read in the shade or to sunbathe.
In the living room next to a 50's Panasonicc LCD TV with Dolby Surround there is also a WII for the bad days. W-Lan or Wifi for Facebook and Co is available there and on the breakfast terrace. Since we sometimes work a little bit, there is also a combination device, so that you can scan and print (laser) and copy in black and white. For all iPhone owners, we have set up a Loewe Air Speaker to play music - simply connect it with the USB cable and off you go. The sound is great and you can place it anywhere near a power outlet!
Finally, a warning
If you like to talk with your neighbours over the fence while having breakfast, like to share a pool with strangers, like to enjoy different kinds of music from different directions at once
If you want all this, please do not choose our house for your holiday, because you would be disappointed ! *grin*

Location and surroundings of object
Even though Finca al Turó is located in a very quiet area, Manacor - the second largest city on the island - can be reached in a few minutes. There are all the shopping facilities you could wish for. Even our special cosmetic products (which we usually always take with us from Germany for a holiday) can be found in a shop here. One of the largest hospitals is also located in Manacor - we feel safe there.
If you want a little more rustic, you can go to Port. Christo. Also a trip to Art. is very interesting.
There are several family-run bodegas in the immediate vicinity, and we are happy to organize a wine tasting for our guests (for a fee).
From here you can explore the whole island perfectly. Whether you want to go to one of the many beaches - in 10 minutes at Port. Christo, a little further to the dream stand Es trenc or to the bay of Pollença
For hiking in the Tramuntana - from here a good starting point to go by car to a starting point for a hike.

Perhaps a few words about the general handling. Of course you will get a reasonable description of how to get there. But the way from the airport to your holiday finca al turó is really super easy and the road to Manacor is very pleasant and well developed. Only the last 2 km are a bit easier, but we feel that this is not so bad. When you arrive, you will be welcomed personally by one of our English speaking administrators. You will be shown and explained everything important. In addition, you will of course have a contact person nearby, whom you can call if you have any questions or if there is a problem.
Attention:
We ask for absolute non-smoking indoors, as the woman of the house has a formaldehyde allergy. Smoking is of course possible on the terraces, ashtrays are available. :-)
Charging of any type of mobile vehicle is strictly prohibited.
We do not accept any animals with us, because our one daughter unfortunately already has an allergy.
No rental to youth groups!

A dreamy week
The pictures do not do justice to reality - as we drove up to the finca and saw everything, we were thrilled. Thank you for the warm welcome from the manager and the helpful information from the owner family in advance! The property is equipped with everything one could think of, no wish is left unfulfilled. Just what is available in the kitchen, shelves full of plates, glasses, pots, . . . . various information is provided, even a library is available . . . . "and everything, really everything very well maintained. The feel-good factor is overall very high, it couldn't be higher (very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, huge outdoor area, and so on). We made extensive use of the jacuzzi, wonderful. Those seeking peace will find tranquility AND relaxation. Thank you very much for the great time! We would love to come back."

Fantastic Timeout
Great finca! We had a wonderful autumn holiday in Mallorca with our two children. We took many trips. In this part of the island, it is pleasant despite the holiday season. We felt very comfortable in the finca! We visit Mallorca often, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you very much!

Wonderful break on probably the most beautiful island
Dear Fusz family,
we really enjoyed the week at your beautiful finca. We were completely delighted, especially by the tranquility and the wonderful view. Of course, we also loved the pool and jacuzzi, which we could use very well. And the kitchen equipment was excellent!

Legendary Finca
The time at the finca was incredibly beautiful, and the finca is perfectly equipped, and the location is sensational. The communication with Angelika on-site was also uncomplicated.

Enchanting finca with idyllic panoramic view.
The many good reviews speak for themselves. We can also fully agree with them after our stay in this wonderful finca.
The house is situated on a gentle slope and offers a wonderful panoramic view. No house and none of the frequently occurring construction sites in March cloud the senses. Here you can relax and leave the stress of everyday life behind.
The finca is tastefully and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. The kitchen is extensively equipped and everything is spotlessly clean. 2 dehumidifiers ensure a pleasant room climate. For allergy sufferers, the finca is a paradise.
On the surrounding extensive property, everyone will find a nice place to linger. Since we had slightly "untypical" weather for Mallorca with lots of clouds and wind, the wind-protected places were in high demand for us. In particular, the cozy sofa on the terrace invited us to read and even take a nap.
The very good contact with the landlord and the reliability of the house caretaker made the holiday perfect.
There is only one question left: How can one stand not being there right now?

Why buy a holiday home? We know what the friendly man from information says about this We work in the wonderful cold Germany in 27729 Hambergen and no little. So we are often overcome by the desire for a time-out. Not only in summer, but also in autumn and winter. Here in the south-east of Mallorca you have a good chance of getting a portion of sunshine at this time of year. Since we sometimes work too much, we wish for peace and relaxation and rest in our free time and ... On our Finca we found all this, it was love at first sight!
