The estate is very close to the urban center of Inca. The place is very cozy and quiet, with excellent south orientation. The staff at Homerti is very competent, even during holidays. The only problem is the electrical power of the house, but if it is resolved, the house would be perfect for a couple, with or without family.

Fantastic house that has exceeded our expectations. It is larger than we thought. All rooms are spacious. The air conditioning works great. The house is well-furnished and very practical. Everything is well thought out. There are nice outdoor spaces and enough furniture. The house is quietly located but still close to all amenities in Inca (supermarkets, restaurants, train station to Palma). The owners are very attentive. You can see that they put a lot of care into the house. We would love to come back.
