The house is located in the middle of a very well-kept and quiet holiday settlement without the usual bed castles. Since the street on which it stands is a dead end, there is no through traffic and hardly any traffic noise. It has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the children's room with a single and a double bunk bed. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The living room is connected with the kitchenette. The living area is about 50 square meters. However, since one stays mostly outside and only for sleeping longer time in the house, the surface is sufficient also for a family completely. There is a TV and free wifi and air conditioning, which is sufficient for the whole house. The house is surrounded by a garden, which is closed off from the surrounding area by opaque hedges. There is a sun balcony terrace with a wonderful all-round view and a terrace in the garden from which you can also see the sea. The house is very suitable for families with children and dogs
Fortunately, there are no hotel towers and bed castles in the Playa Romantica. The club hotel complexes that surround the holiday complex fit very pleasantly into the surroundings due to the bungalow construction in park-like areas
Due to the location, a little off the beaten track, it is advisable to be mobile. There are shopping facilities for the daily needs on site and also regular bus connections to the nearest cities, Porto Cristo and Manacor are available. A car of one's own is nevertheless an advantage. A rental car agency, which also rents cars and scooters by the day, is within walking distance. However, it is cheaper to book a vehicle before the start of the trip from the airport.
The beach, the Cala Romantica (SÉstany de'n Mas) is about 900 meters away and can be reached comfortably by foot in a few minutes. Likewise two further bays, and/or beaches, which lie left beside the Romantica
From the airport in Palma you need about 45 minutes by car to the house
In the house are available for use: Bed linen, towels, bath towels, air mattresses, parasols, beach toys, bedding, a TV with satellite and German channels, board games, guide, coffee machine, washing machine, an air conditioner, fan, music system, microwave, ceramic stove with hood, refrigerator with separate freezer unit.
There is also a barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers
To connect to the internet a full W-Lan is available. The use of the internet connection is included in the daily rate. Telephone, on the other hand, is not available
One of the above mentioned club complexes is located diagonally behind us at a distance of approximately 500 metres as the crow flies. There, an entertainment program is offered to the guests that is connected with music and animation during the day. In the past, the noise level was mostly low and connected with fixed times. The club is subject to regulations in this respect, but it cannot be guaranteed that these will be adhered to

Location and surroundings of object
The house is part of the urbanization Playa Romantica, a holiday home development that has existed since the 60s and is very well maintained and clean and is characterized by a self-managed functioning infrastructure. The nearest town is Porto Cristo, five kilometres away, with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. The second largest town on the island, Manacor, is ten kilometres away. The nearest tourist centres are Cales de Mallorca to the south and Cala Millor to the north.
The house is located about 900 meters as the crow flies from the sea on a hill. From the sun terrace you have an unobstructed view of the sea. At night this is a wonderful place to look at the starry sky. The beach is about 900 meters away on foot. However, there are plenty of parking spaces available there if you want to get there by car. You can park in front of the house without any problems, as the street is a dead end.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 1 day before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 1 day before check-in, the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee will be refunded.

If you are interested but still have questions, you can always call me or write a message. The booking we then make in a personal conversation. I do not charge a deposit, this has never been necessary. The deposit is 20 percent of the agreed price. The full amount is then to be paid up to four weeks before the trip. Should something change in your travel plans or come up in the meantime, we will find a solution together. In case of a cancellation up to four weeks before the trip, I will pay back the full amount. I will also do this for a later cancellation if another booking is possible for that time. I will send you the key as soon as I have received the full rental amount. The rental price always includes a one-time cleaning fee. The house will be cleaned before your arrival and the beds will be freshly made. Further costs do not come on it. The bed linen and the beach and hand towels are provided without further costs. I therefore ask you to wash the used linen yourself, as far as this is possible before departure.
Should there be any technical problems on site (e.g. blocked toilet), please do not hesitate to inform me immediately. I will then organize a remedy as soon as possible.
