All this can be experienced at our Finca Sentido.
It is located in a quiet but central position between St. Llorenc and Son Servera in the east of Mallorca.
Nestled in a beautiful as well as very large property with its own pool and wonderful views into the surrounding countryside, a feel-good oasis has emerged in which up to 6 persons (& 2 babies) can leave the everyday life behind.
Via a small road you reach the finca with a beautiful panorama view into the mountains. The location also ensures pleasant temperatures during the hot summer nights. A light wind does its rest.
The Sentido estate consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen and an open-plan living room, 2 bathrooms, another guest toilet, a huge pool and several terraces, including a fantastic roof terrace.
The larger bedroom has a bed 180 x 200 cm, in the slightly smaller second & third bedrooms there is a bed with the measures 160 x 200 cm. One bedroom includes a bathroom en suite.
All bedrooms have bode-deep windows with direct access to the garden.
Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge for toddlers. You also do not have to do without your Bundesliga or favorite matches. A modern satellite system was installed, of course.
The non-smoking house is furnished with great attention to detail, but if you miss something, please let us know.
Of course, there is no noise.
The location of the finca is strategically optimal. Approximately 5 km away is the lively Cala Millor with its fine sandy beach and the developed beach promenade. In the surrounding area you will find many beautiful harbors, several excellent golf courses, countless picturesque and dreamy coves and numerous interesting sights such as the caves of Porto Cristo.
The finca is an ideal place for golfers, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers or simply for relaxing holidaymakers and a central starting point for further activities of any kind.

Location and surroundings of object
In the north-east of Mallorca, in the commune of Son Servera, the village of the same name is located in a region known as Llevant. According to traditions, the village has existed since the 13th century, some believe it was named after the deer, which are said to have been traversed by this area.
Recently, a bypass road was built. In the past, all those who wanted to go to the beach went directly through Son Servera - nowadays fewer visitors get to see this small town, except on the friday of the week. The village center is traditional with cafes and restaurants. Auc is home to a Müller Drogeriemarkt and an Eroski supermarket.
Golfers think of the name of this town: The Son Servera Golf is the second-most golf course in Majorca and was opened as a 9-hole course in the 1960s, but it was extended to 18 holes in 2012. It is located in Costa de los Pinos. In the immediate vicinity, Pula Golf is also recommended. Further golf courses in Canyamel and Capdepera are easily accessible from here.
The municipality of Son Servera is also home to the popular resort of Cala Millor, with its long sandy beach, between the smaller resort of Cala Bona and the nature reserve Sa Punta de n'Amer. Cala Millor's Sa Màniga Auditorium is the venue for many cultural events, such as ballet, theater and concerts.
From Son Servera you can drive quickly to the pretty town of Artà, which is also very popular with visitors from Germany. This town is very popular not only because of its handicrafts but also because of the busy weekly market on Tuesday morning. In the summer, the number of market stalls doubled.
Son Servera is an excellent starting point for excursions to interesting places that you can discover in this region of Majorca.

I would also like to mention the very popular "eco" path 'Via Verde'.
In 1921, a steam-driven train ran for the first time between Manacor - where the island's pearl industry is at home - and Artà in the north-east. This part of Majorca known as the 'Levante' (Mallorcan 'Llevant') is often crossed over to other island regions. There are gentle, wooded hills, peaceful valleys, small towns and villages, interesting sights and a varied coastal line.
When the railway line was shut down in 1977, the route deteriorated. And although in recent years plans for their reopening as a tram line were in place, they had no chance because of the recession. Today, the 29-kilometer path leads to a new flowering - as an ecological path called 'Via Verde'. Motorized vehicles are forbidden and the route is monitored by solar security cameras.
Spain now has a network of over 100 such natural trails, all of which are disused railways that have been upgraded for this purpose. The first was released in 1993 and, like all others, is open to the public, suitable for people of all ages and physical condition.
The 'Via Verde' from Manacor to Artà is the only one of its kind in the Balearic Islands and lures with changing landscapes along the route (sometimes even in the distance even the sea). It is also possible to visit the places of interest or small fortifications. In Sant Llorenç, Son Carrio and Son Servera the path leads past restored old train station buildings. And artà local artisans offer local crafts.
Joggers, hikers, cyclists and riders from the area are already using this relatively new route diligently (officially inaugurated in October 2014). Sunday morning is particularly busy. On the edge of the road six picnic places invite you to picnic - with tables, benches, bicycle stands and dustbins (but unfortunately without sanitary facilities).
More than 15,000 shrubs and nearly 5,000 trees were planted along the route, including pines, pebbles, tamarinds and mulberry trees. Information boards provide helpful information on the flora and fauna along the path and about places in the area that you might want to visit.
You do not need special hiking boots - the smooth surface tread (also sneakers) is sufficient for the smooth surface finish. The only small point of criticism: there are hardly any signposts in the villages that point the way to 'Via Verde'. Apart from that, it is a welcome enrichment for Mallorca, especially for people who would like to explore the island on their own.

Pure relaxation
We were greeted warmly beyond measure by the landlady and our caretaker at Finca Sentido. Our holiday home exceeded our expectations many times over. We found a beautiful finca, lovingly furnished down to the last detail, which delighted us from the first to the last day of our holiday. Shopping facilities, beaches etc. were only a few minutes away by car. But what we enjoyed from the first moment on was....quietness! No noise, only the chirping of the crickets could be heard. Pure relaxation! Many thanks again to Mrs Diewes and our lovely on-site supervisor Julia Becker
We are already looking forward to the next time and can give our 100% recommendation.

Great finca- beautiful vacation
The house is really beautiful and the location is great. It is very quiet and you can really relax. It is also not far to the beach and the town. There are plenty of shopping opportunities. The house is very well equipped and nicely furnished. The pool is naturally the highlight. It is very large and clean. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the on-site support is top-notch. It was a very nice vacation!

Feel-good finca
We spent a wonderful holiday here with 2 families. The finca is perfectly equipped with everything you need. Thanks to the good location, you can get to the various beaches, markets or seaside resorts quite quickly. The guest service by Julia was excellent. We felt very comfortable.

We felt at home here for almost two weeks.

Everything was perfect here. Rest guaranteed! Thank you very much for the warm welcome and care by Julia. Beautifully and tastefully decorated dream house with complete privacy and absolute tranquility. Very clean! The kitchen is very well equipped and makes you want to cook, and the cozy sofas and the beautiful terrace seating area make you want to stay at the house even in bad weather. Thanks to the latest heating technology, the house was pleasantly warm. Nice pool area. You would like to stay here.

Great finca with a few shortcomings
Super nice finca with a great location and unique ambiance. We (two children and two adults) spent our autumn holidays in the finca 2017. The finca is located away from the hustle and bustle and offers a lot of peace and seclusion. The furnishings are very tasteful and leave nothing to be desired. The pool is really great. After getting the impression when booking the finca that the landlords place a high value on reliability, we felt in good hands. Unfortunately, there were a few downsides to note B. WLAN only worked after three days. Heating had failed. The caretaker on site announced that she would visit our apartment because of the defects and went into the apartment without us being there. Windows could only be opened partially. The shower head was not properly attached. The landlady dismissed everything by saying that it was typical Spanish conditions. Too bad. Unfortunately, there was no discount.

Aufgrund eines Unwetters stand das Internet des Anbieters IB Red im gesamten Osten der Insel für drei Tage nicht zur Verfügung, da eine Sendemast umgeknickt war. Die Reisebetreuerin hat die Finca aufgrund der von Ihnen hervorgehobenen Dringlichkeit betreten um den Internetrouter nach der Reklamierung zu überprüfen. Die Heizung funktionierte tadellos, ebenso alle Fenster. Die Duschbrause wurde am letzten Reisetag reklamiert und wäre selbstverständlich sofort repariert worden.

Herausragend!
Wir waren bereits zum wiederholten Mal in einem Haus dieser Vermieterin und wieder war alles super perfekt, vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Betreuung vor Ort. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, sehr sauber, ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen und Seele baumeln lassen. Der Kontakt und die Informationen durch Frau Dewies im Vorfeld sind hervorragend, ebenso die Betreuung vor Ort durch Julia ist perfekt. Sehr gerne immer wieder!!

Tolle Finca & traumhafter Urlaub
Ein grosses Danke an die Vermieterin, die sehr kompetent im Vorfeld alle unsere Anfragen superfreundlich und schnell erledigt hat.
Wir wurden mit vielen Infos die Finca betreffend im Vorfeld bestens versorgt.
Die Anreisebeschreibung war besser als jedes Navi.
Der Empfang durch Julia an der verabredeten Stelle klappte bestens und mit ihr konnten einige Fragen schnell geklärt werden.
Uns hat das ruhig gelegene Haus auf dem grossen Grundstück sehr gut gefallen.Man darf sich über die Staubpiste zum Haus nicht wundern, sie führt irgendwann zu diesem sehr schönen Fleck auf der Insel.
Die Einrichtung auf der Finca war hochwertig und alles für einen sorglosen Urlaub vorhanden.
Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und mit der anschliessenden Terrasse eine perfekte Location um draussen zu essen.
Die beiden Tageslichtbäder waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es machte Spass beim duschen auf den Pool zu schauen.
Der Garten mit dem grossen Pool war perfekt, der aufgrund seiner Grösse auch oft zum schwimmen anregte.
Unserer Meinung ist die Finca Sentido ein perfekter Platz um abzuschalten, das Haus und den Garten zu geniessen und einfach von den überfüllten Touristenorten weg zu sein.

Erholung pur in gepflegter Lage
Wir – eine "kleine Reisegruppe" von drei Frauen – haben im April eine perfekte Woche in der Finca Sentido auf Mallorca verbracht.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld der Reise war gleichermaßen von Professionalität wie von Herzlichkeit geprägt.
Der Empfang am Objekt sowie die Betreuung vor Ort – beides durch Frau Becker - waren äußerst freundlich und charmant. Frau Becker reagierte immer sofort, wenn man eine Frage oder einen „Hilferuf“ abgesetzt hat.
Wir erlebten die Finca, den Garten und den Pool als sehr gepflegt, großzügig und auch liebevoll angelegt und man konnte sofort erkennen, dass stets viel Zeit und Energie investiert wird, um das Objekt in genau diesem Zustand zu erhalten.
Egal ob Sonnenanbeter, Schattenfreund oder Wasserratte, die örtlichen Gegebenheiten bieten den idealen Aufenthaltsort für jedermann.
Der Blick von der Dachterrasse beim Frühstück oder beim Sonnenuntergang am Abend war phänomenal und hat eine wunderbare Kulisse für gesellige Stunden abgegeben.
Abgerundet wurde die Abendstille durch ein Konzert von Grillen im Wechsel mit den Glöckchen von weidenden Schafen und Ziegen im Umland, deren Klang je nach Windrichtung leise an uns heran getragen wurde.
Kurzum, eine perfekte Unterkunft für ein paar unbeschwerte, erholsame Tage, fernab vom Stress des Alltages.
Wir sagen danke für Alles und können die Finca Sentido gerne weiter empfehlen und uns auch vorstellen, in Zukunft nochmal zu Wiederholungstätern zu werden.
