The holiday home is located directly on the Tiefwarensee lake in Waren on a waterfront property of approx. 800 sqm. You reach the entrance to the holiday home via a covered terrace. In the living and dining room there is a sofa bed for two guests. The kitchenette has an oven and a dishwasher. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, a 1-door wardrobe and a second TV. There is a shower in the bathroom.
Room layout - all rooms are on the ground floor on one level -:

The holiday home has a covered terrace where you can sit and eat in a sheltered area. You can also store your bicycles there, protected from the weather. In the outdoor area you will find a playground with slide, swing, sandpit, climbing frame for the little ones and a barbecue area and fireplace for the grown-ups. At the end of the large playground and sunbathing lawn is your own rowing boat at the bathing jetty. The grounds of the holiday home are completely fenced in so that any children present do not have direct access to the water. The immediate beach area is sometimes (rarely) shared by the landlord. As you can see in the photos, you have your own seating area, rowing boat and bathing jetty at Tiefwarensee. Your car is parked in a free public car park nearby (100m/1min walk). You can't get directly to the property by car, it's about a 25m walk to the road.

Although the holiday home is located in the green north of Waren, you are very close to the centre of Waren (Müritz). After a six-minute walk, you will reach Waren's historic old town, where you can also shop for groceries, among other things. A variety of beer pubs, restaurants and cafés await you in the Historic Old Town. The marina - mooring for many sailing and motor boats - is the tourist centre of Waren an der Müritz.
You can start your boat trip across the Müritz from the sports boat and marina or from the stone pier. You will find several cycle hire shops in the old town. The MÜRITZEUM is recommended for every guest. The Müritz National Park begins right on the edge of town. It is the largest forest national park in Germany and - just like the entire lake- and forest-rich area around Waren (Müritz) - a worthwhile destination for many nature lovers, cyclists and hikers ...
Many tourist destinations in the spa town of Waren (Müritz) can be reached from your holiday flat in 8 minutes on foot: the old town of Waren, the Müritz National Park bus and the passenger boat service at the Steinmole, the cinema and the railway station. You can walk 6 minutes to the nearest bakery and supermarket in the old town.
