Description
The flat "Johannes" - with a view of the estate driveway, offers
| two bedrooms
| a living room with a dining area
| a comfortably equipped kitchen, which is integrated into the living area
| and a large bathroom with ground-level shower.
Cot (with pillow and blanket) and high chair are available free of charge if required. Children up to the age of three are guests of the house.
The flat has underfloor heating.

In the flat Johannes, guests who are dependent on a wheelchair can stay barrier-free to a limited extent:
| there is a ramp up to the house entrance
| The entrance door is approx. 100 cm wide
| the door width from the hallway to the flat and in the flat itself is 86 cm,
| There is a folding door from the living area to the bedroom - this could be opened if necessary
| there is a shower at ground level
|| But - and this is important ||:
| in the sleeping area you can only approach the bed from the foot end
| in the bathroom there are NO grab rails at the toilet and
| there is also NO shower chair
There is a small threshold from the hallway into the flat and in the flat itself.

Parking spaces for cars are available on the property and your bicycles can also be stored.

FOUR bicycles are available from the hosts on request - for a daily rate of 5,00 Euro | per bike.

Two terraces are at your disposal, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

You can also bring a pet into these flats, but please only ONE and please notify us in advance. Thank you for this.
There is a one-time charge of 10.00 euros per stay for the pet.

Baumgarten is a small, tranquil village in Mecklenburg
This district of Grabowhöfe has about 160 inhabitants and is located 9 km north of Waren (Müritz) on the B108 to Teterow - in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Baumgarten is centrally located in the Müritz district and is about six minutes by car from the district town of Waren (Müritz).
Driving on the "A19" to the Waren (Müritz) junction, you will be in Waren (Müritz) after about 25 km
ATTENTION: Shortly after the motorway exit, just before Malchow: Permanently installed FLASHER.
The federal road "B192" leads from the "A19" via Waren (Müritz) to Neustrelitz.
In Waren(Müritz) drive straight ahead on the "Röbeler Chaussee" (B192) until you see the sign to turn left in "direction Teterow" (B108).
Drive straight ahead for about 9 km on the "B108" until you reach Baumgarten.
Now turn right into the Dorfstrasse and you will have reached your holiday destination after a few metres
The manor house is on the right side of the road.
