The beautiful new holiday home with two sunny holiday flats is located on the courtyard side in absolute tranquillity. In the combined living room and bedroom of the ground-floor flat there is a pull-out sofa bed with coffee table, satellite TV, reading lamp and a dining table for 6 people. From here you can access the large south-facing terrace. The kitchen with dining table for 2 persons is fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washstand and towel dryer.
The large kitchen-cum-living-room on the first floor has a pull-out sofa bed with coffee table, satellite TV, reading lamp, a large dining table and a kitchenette. From the kitchen there is access to the large south-facing balcony. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, a pull-out sofa bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washstand and towel dryer.
Outside, the flats have a garden with a sunbathing lawn, barbecue and garden furniture. Bicycle parking is available, as well as one parking space per flat.

From the harbour, you can walk directly to the promenade in the town centre. There you will find lovingly restored half-timbered houses, historic buildings and interesting little shops. The Müritz National Park, Germany's largest national park at 318 km², begins on the outskirts of the city. Nature lovers will particularly appreciate the unspoilt nature in which Waren-Müritz is embedded. Come and visit us in Waren an der Müritz. At the Müritz and its surroundings you can still experience pure nature. Especially in the Müritz National Park / Mecklenburg Lake District. Cycling, water hiking, walking and much more. You will find cosy cafés and restaurants at Waren's town harbour and in Waren's old town with its many restored half-timbered houses. Müritz Museum with large aquarium, bison enclosure in Jabel, monkey forest near Malchow. 1 hour by car or train to the Baltic Sea, 2 hours by car or train to Berlin.

Were today: with clean air and crystal-clear water, a paradise for anglers, sailors, surfers and leisure captains of all kinds. Surrounded by flowering meadows and extensive forests, the beautiful idyll offers itself to cyclists, hikers and horse riders.
The Müritz, Germany's largest inland lake, has fascinated guests from near and far for decades. With the slogan "Bathing, hiking, water sports - nowhere more beautiful than in Waren", the tourist office was already courting holidaymakers in 1920 and promoting the clean and hospitable little town on the Müritz. At Waren harbour you can experience the Mediterranean flair of the Müritz metropolis. From the tower of St. Mary's Church you can enjoy an incomparable panorama over the restored town hall and the town harbour with its renovated warehouses to the town's villa streets lies the Müritz National Park. The largely intact habitat is known for its sea and ospreys and for thousands of cranes that rest here in spring and autumn.

Very nice flat in a good location with very nice landlords.
We liked the flat with the Blasius family very much, we had the flat with the terrace next to the beautiful garden, thanks to the good weather we could use it more often. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for the time. It is very centrally located on the lakeshore and in just a few minutes you can be at the harbour, at various restaurants and in the beautiful town.
The only thing that could be said was that the internet was down from time to time, but you are on holiday,

Had a great holiday
We had a great holiday with nice landlords. The WiFi is not that great, but it's not essential either. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The location of the apartment is excellent.

Wunderbar
We have been staying with the Blasius family every August since 2008. As a family, with friends, and sometimes even during the off-season at short notice. There has never been a problem; we have always felt very comfortable. It is highly recommended.

Pure relaxation
We booked the flat on the ground floor (flat 5) of the holiday home for 2 weeks.
It is a bright, spacious holiday flat with a large terrace. The flat is completely furnished in a modern style. The parking space and the storage facilities for bicycles round off the good overall impression. For this reason, we have already booked again for our summer holiday 2019 :-).

Four of us rented two flats in the holiday home.
Four of us rented both flats in the holiday home. Everything you need was there. The location was ideal, quiet and yet close to the centre. If we had any questions, the landlord was always there for us and gave us friendly information. There was storage space for the bicycles. We can recommend the flat without reservation and will gladly come back again.
