Further balconies/verandas await you along the inside of the house with 2 cosy seating groups, with a view of the courtyard. You can reach these balconies from your two bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen
So you can enjoy the sun with a cup of coffee in the early morning, or a glass of wine in the evening

The romantic-rustic holiday flat "Toskana" with 2 bedrooms and balcony/veranda is centrally located in Waren an der Müritz, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District and at the entrance to the Müritz National Park, surrounded by water and forests
With many hiking and water paths and a beautiful nature, our 4 largest lakes are waiting for you
the Müritz, the Fleesensee, the Kölpinsee and the Plauersee as well as countless smaller lakes. The best known
and the largest of these is the Müritz
It is followed by the Kölpinsee, Fleesensee and Plauersee. The sandy beach "Volksbad" (free of charge) with a large lawn, water slide, children's playground, volleyball court, lifeguards and toilets can be reached from your flat in 10 - 15 minutes on foot or comfortably by bicycle
If you like cycling, you will discover the "cycling paradise" again and again during your holiday.

Tolle Ferienwohnung von einer sehr netten Vermieterin
We had a wonderful holiday in the lovingly furnished and very well-maintained apartment. We also really liked the central location. The old town, harbor, beach bath, as well as cycling paths in all directions are right outside the "door" or just a few minutes' walk away. The super nice landlady was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would love to spend another holiday in this accommodation and can definitely recommend it without hesitation.

Perfect active holiday at the Müritz
We go to Waren every year to the beautiful Müritz to enjoy the combination of relaxation in the green and an active holiday. On recommendation we came across the city flat and booked the very stylishly furnished and cosy flat "Toskana". The proximity to the centre means that you can reach all the sights (such as the Müritzeum, the old town with shopping facilities, the harbour with a variety of restaurants, etc.) in just a few minutes on a leisurely stroll through the streets with their wonderfully renovated villas from around 1900! The landlords are very warm hosts and we felt very comfortable! Many thanks for that. We will be happy to come back!
