The furniture is outdated and has a few flaws. A vacuum cleaner would be good for the black tiles. The cleaning has not been consistently done. Check-in and reception were great, the pool and facility are very good. All in all, it's just fine.

The house is very nice and the surroundings too. But there are some issues with the house... the floors are not clean. My 1-year-old daughter only needs to walk barefoot in the house for 2 hours to have pitch-black feet... spiders and cobwebs everywhere. And an incredibly large number of silverfish. The kitchen cabinet is not secured properly. I expected better from Van der Valk.
