Description

Our renovated holiday home is located on the outskirts of Waren /Müritz.
For a relaxing holiday, there is a cosy living room with a large satellite/colour LED TV,
a fully equipped kitchen including induction ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, CD radio, crockery and cutlery and pots and pans. In the holiday home there are 2 bedrooms for 2 persons each, a large bathroom/WC with shower and a corner bath. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet.
In the entrance area there is a covered terrace with seating set.

Baby equipment, high chair and travel cot - bed linen for the travel cot has to be brought along

Our house has been used as a holiday home since March 2022. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and the town centre is approx. 2.5 km away. (31min) Waren is located on the Müritz, the largest inland lake in Germany, and is the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District region. The numerous sights in Waren (Müritz) attract hundreds of thousands of guests every year.

Completely satisfied with the accommodation. Somewhat limited by the location near a thoroughfare.

We were very satisfied with the size of the apartment as well as with the furnishings. We also really liked the friendly support from the landlord Mr. Wagner and his wife.

Great holiday home

With this holiday home, you can't go wrong. It is very clean and very well equipped, you can simply feel good there. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We found the bicycle shed very practical, where you can also charge e-bikes. We can only recommend the holiday home.

Beautiful holiday house for a dream vacation.

The holiday home is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could wish for a relaxing and restful vacation. Mario even thought of the bicycles, they are safely stored in the bicycle garage and e-bikes can be charged there.

By bike, the city center and the harbor can be reached in just a few minutes, so you can forget about parking worries. The bike path along the Tiefwarensee was already the first highlight of our vacation. If you want to explore the Müritz, the other lakes and the national park, this is an ideal starting point.

Dear Doreen, dear Mario, thank you very much for your hospitality. It was a dream vacation in every way.

Dream holiday

The long journey (from Saarland) to the holiday home of Fam. Wagner was so worthwhile that we have firmly planned another visit next year.
The 14 days we enjoyed in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which is so rich in history and protected nature, are far too short anyway.
The holiday home, however, far exceeded our expectations and is also somewhat to blame for the fact that we always undertook activities such as hiking, cycling tours, sightseeing and other things very late in the day
After an unusually long sleep, we prepared ourselves for the day in a feel-good bath and enjoyed a breakfast that was indeed far too long in the cosy and perfectly equipped kitchen.
Mrs. and Mr. Wagner always gave us interesting recommendations for nice experiences
The bear forest in Stuer, the maze and the largest fieldstone barn in Germany in Bollewick, the hiking trails in the Müritz National Park entrance in Federow, cycling around the Tiefwarensee lake, visiting the witch museum in Penzlin, or the tour of the 1000-year-old oaks in Ivenack. We were also particularly impressed by the historical background of the country, which could be explored extensively and in detail in the castles, palaces, churches and buildings of the towns and villages. Schwerin, Neubrandenburg, Penzlin, Malchow and Waren deserve special mention.
Of course, we were also thrilled by the crane trip to Großer Schwerin on Lake Müritz with an ornithological guide. The world of lakes, the Müritz, the Tiefwarensee, which we cycled around, and the Kummerower See, is a special kind of natural experience.
The diverse animal and bird life showed us once again how important, but also how beautiful nature is. It was hard for us to say goodbye, but like the reception, it was lovingly organised by Mrs and Mr Wagner, with two hot schnapps.
As mentioned, we will be back.

Beautiful holiday at the Müritz

The welcome was very warm and almost like coming home.
The flat has a good layout and is well furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped, even if you don't want to do the dishes (dishwasher available)
(dishwasher available) there are still dishes in the cupboard the next day.
The landlord gave us good tips for excursions and was easy to reach.

Very nice holiday home

We felt very comfortable here from the very beginning. We didn't want for anything. Mr Wagner, the landlord of the house, was also very nice. The house is also very nicely furnished. We enjoyed the week and will keep the house in good memory. We can only recommend this house

Arrive and feel good

The children (7 and 5 years old) really wanted to go on holiday to the Baltic Sea, as our family lives in Demmin, the accommodation should not be too far away. Waren (Müritz) was already borderline, but Mr Wagner's half of the house appealed to us. So we booked and went.

We received a very friendly welcome with a bottle of sparkling wine and water, plus a bouquet of fresh flowers from our own flowerbed

We had a wonderful and relaxing week. The accommodation offers everything you need and is also very clean, cosy and spacious, the furnishings are friendly, inviting and without any kitsch. We lacked nothing, that's how a holiday should be. It is very important to Mr Wagner that his guests feel comfortable in this house.

All the years before, we only drove past Waren (Müritz) and now we got to know such a great town. At the harbour there are various restaurants with a wonderful view, and there are plenty of shopping facilities nearby. Across the street in the new development area is a new large playground, which has a lot to offer for the children. There is also a public swimming pool, which looks like a swimming pool but is free and you swim in the lake. It also has a large water slide, which is the highlight for the children, and there is also a kiosk.

It is a bit of a drive to Warnemünde, Stralsund or Karls Erdbeer Erlebnishof in Rövershagen, but that didn't bother us as we were able to end the day on the covered terrace in the candlelight of our accommodation.

We will gladly spend our holidays here again.

A very beautiful vacation at the Mecklenburg Lake District

This year, our long-planned summer vacation at the Mecklenburg Lake District finally became a reality. We had discovered a great vacation rental (a half of a house) on the Internet and immediately got in touch with Mr. Wagner, the landlord. On July 9, it was finally time, and we traveled there. A赤 beech tree at the property that we had seen in the photos showed us the way. Behind the beech, it was then visible—our accommodation for the next vacation days. Mr. Wagner greeted us very warmly, showed us a perfectly furnished holiday apartment where one could simply feel good. On the table, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a bottle of water to welcome our grandchildren. You don’t find such a first impression everywhere these days! We were left in awe. Everything needed for a wonderful vacation was available. From the beginning, we had a very relaxed and friendly relationship with Mr. Wagner and his partner, which did not change over the entire period. We were given some tips for sights and bathing spots that we could use for our little ones. We were bid farewell by Mr. Wagner and his partner as warmly as we were received. We were very satisfied with everything during our stay and had a wonderful vacation at the Mecklenburg Lake District. We wish the two of them as peaceful guests as we were. The landscape, the holiday apartment, and the hosts were a golden choice in our vacation selection. We can only recommend this beautiful spot on Earth and such hosts. We wish Mr. Wagner and his partner all the best in their future lives and always good health. Maybe we'll see each other someday.

Die lange Anfahrt (vom Saarland) zum Ferienhaus von Fam. Wagner hat sich so sehr gelohnt, daß wir im kommenden Jahr einen weiteren Besuch fest eingeplant haben. Um das wunderschöne, geschichtsträchtige, von geschützter Natur geprägte Mecklenburg-Vorpommern zu erleben, sind die 14 Tage, die wir genossen haben, sowieso viel zu kurz. Das Ferienhaus aber hat unsere Erwartung weit übertroffen und ist auch eine bisschen Schuld daran, daß wir immer erst sehr spät Aktivitäten wie Wanderungen, Radtouren Besichtigungen und anderes unternahmen. Nach dem wir ungewohnt lange geschlafen haben, uns in einem Wohlfühlbad auf den Tag vorbereiteten, genossen wir, ein in der Tat viel zu langes Frühstück in der gemütlichen und perfekt eingerichteten Küche. Frau und Herr Wagner haben uns immer wieder interessante Empfehlungen für schöne Erlebnisse gegeben. Der Bärenwald in Stuer, der Irrgarten und die größte Feldsteinscheune Deutschlands in Bollewick, die Wanderwege im Müritz-Nationalpark Eingang in Federow, Radrundfahrt um den Tiefwarensee, Besuch des Hexenmuseums in Penzlin, oder die Besichtigung der 1000 jährigen Eichen in Ivenack. Besonders beindruckte uns auch die historische Geschichte des Landes, die in den Burgen, Schlössern, Kirchen und Gebäuden der Städte und Ortschaften umfangreich und detailliert zu erkunden war. Hervorzuheben Schwerin, Neubrandenburg, Penzlin, Malchow und Waren. Natürlich hat uns auch die Kranichfahrt zum Großen Schwerin auf dem Müritzsee mit ornithologischer Führung begeistert. Überhaupt ist die Seenwelt, die Müritz, der Tiefwarensee, den wir mit dem Fahrrad umrundet haben, der Kummerower See ein Naturerlebnis der besonderen Art. Die vielfältige Tier- und Vogelwelt hat uns noch einmal besonders intensiv gezeigt, wie wichtig, aber auch schön die Natur ist. Der Abschied viel uns schwer, war aber wie der Empfang, von Frau und Herrn Wagner liebevoll, mit 2 heißen Schnäpschen, organisiert. Wie erwähnt, wir kommen wieder. Ehepaar Maassen

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub an der Mecklenburger Seenplatte 2022-07-09

In diesem Jahr wurde nun unser schon länger geplanter Sommerurlaub an der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte endlich Wirklichkeit .Im Internet hatten wir eine tolle Ferienwohnung ( halbe Haushälfte ) entdeckt und gleich Verbindung mit Herrn Wagner dem Vermieter aufgenommen. Am 9. Juli war es dann endlich soweit und wir reisten an. Eine Rotbuche am Objekt die wir auf den Fotos gesehen hatten zeigte uns den Weg. Hinter der Buche war sie dann zu sehen-- unsere Unterkunft für die nächsten Urlaubstage. Herr Wagner begrüßte uns sehr freundlich, zeigte uns eine perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen konnte. Auf dem Tisch stand eine Flasche Sekt und eine Flasche Wasser für unsere Enkelkinder zur Begrüßung. So einen ersten Eindruck findet man in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr überall !! Wir kamen aus dem Staunen gar nicht wieder raus. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir hatten von Anfang an ein sehr entspanntes und freundliches Verhältnis zu Herrn Wagner und seiner Lebensgefährtin was sich auch über den gesamten Zeitraum nicht geändert hat. Den einen und anderen Hinweis für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Badestelle die wir für unsere Kleinen nutzen konnten wurden uns mitgeteilt. Wir wurden von Herrn Wagner und seiner Lebensgefährtin genau so freundlich verabschiedet wie wir empfangen wurden. Wir waren während unseres Aufenthaltes mit allem sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub an der Mecklenburger Seenplatte. Wir wünschen den Beiden weiterhin so zu friedene Gäste wie wir es waren. Landschaft Ferienwohnung und Gastgeber waren ein goldener Griff bei unserer Urlaubswahl. Wir können diese schöne Fleckchen Erde und solche Gastgeben nur weiter empfehlen. Wir wünschen Herrn Wagner und seiner Lebensgefährtin im weiteren Leben alles erdenkliche Gute und immer beste Gesundheit. Vielleicht sehen wir uns ja einmal
