The prices are per unit.
Basement Apartment:
The 55 m² holiday apartment, with 1 bedroom, is suitable for 2 to 3 people. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a sleeping option for one person. SAT-TV, Hi-Fi mini system, high-quality kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven with 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, 12 x crockery are also available in the holiday apartment. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. In the bathroom, you will find a sink/shower and toilet. Furthermore, the holiday apartment includes a terrace with seating and a car parking space directly at the house. Ground floor apartment:
with 2 bedrooms 65 m² for 2 - 4 people: Living-dining room with seating area and couch, from the couch you have a direct view of the Müritz, SAT-TV, Hi-Fi mini system, high-quality kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven with 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, 12 sets of crockery, bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with bunk beds. Upper floor apartment:
70 m² for 2 people: living-dining area with seating and sofa, satellite TV. From the sofa, you have a direct view of Lake Müritz, Hi-Fi mini system, comfortable kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven with 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, bedroom with double bed. In the bathroom, you will find a sink/mirror shower / bathtub and toilet. Fireplace, clothes closet, small office, balcony with seating area and lake view, one parking space directly at the house, private entrance to the apartment.

The Müritz, often mistakenly called Müritzsee, is with an area of 117 km², Germany's largest inland lake. The name "Müritz" comes from the Slavic (Morcze) and means "Little Sea". Around the Müritz, many small and medium-sized villages are bustling. The most important of these are Waren, Röbel, Klink, Mirow, and Sietow. All these places are connected by the "Müritz bike trail". However, you do not have to bike around Lake Müritz or hike it all in one day. In many places, the weary vacationer can board a ship and be dropped off back at the home port. Not far from Röbel (Müritz) is the town of Bollewick, home to Germany's largest fieldstone barn. Many traditional crafts are demonstrated here, and there is also always a farmers' market. Right next door, another superlative can be found. The 5-hectare "Müritz Corn Maze." A fun for young and old.

Great holiday at Fleesensee!!
We were guests here for a week (family with two children aged 12 and 15) and felt very comfortable. The holiday home is very well equipped, spotless, and extremely cozy. The outdoor area of the holiday home is also beautifully landscaped, as well as the surroundings (very quiet and good for relaxing...). The landlords are very nice and helpful. There are many recreational opportunities (in the area, a folder with brochures and suggestions is available in the holiday home), even if the weather doesn't cooperate. We were absolutely satisfied and can only recommend the holiday home.
Once again, thank you very much for the lovely time.

Thank you for still having something like this!!!
We, two adults and a child, spent a very relaxing week in this beautiful holiday home. Right from the friendly welcome by the landlord, we felt at ease. The lovingly furnished holiday home looks exactly as it does on the internet; there’s no cheating! The rooms are spacious, finally enough space, cabinets, and storage for three people, everything well thought out. For us, cleanliness is always very important! We have never had such a clean holiday home.
Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot and still didn't manage to accomplish everything we had planned. The region around Fleesensee has a lot to offer, especially for families with small children. A heartfelt thank you once again for having such conscientious landlords as you. We will definitely come back if we are allowed, and we have already recommended you.

Have a great vacation
The quietly situated holiday home lived up to everything we had expected from it. It was very well-maintained and clean. The landlords were very friendly and provided us with many useful tips. Everything needed is available in the immediate vicinity. The Fleesensee is just 300 meters from the holiday home. We enjoyed the week very much; it was a lot of fun. We would come back anytime!

Vacation at the Lake (Müritz)
We 2 adults, 2 children were in Göhren-Lebbin for a week in 2016. We enjoyed the holiday at Flessensee, thanks also to the great holiday home. The location of the holiday home is ideal; it’s not even a 5-minute walk to the beach! This is a big advantage when traveling with children. The area where the holiday home is located is very quiet! The holiday home is modern and cozily furnished. Nothing is missing! The contact with the landlord was also very nice and uncomplicated. In short: a great week.
Upon arrival, the friendly landlord showed us the apartment and patiently explained everything necessary. The departure was also hassle-free.

Simply a dream
Hard to believe, but everything just fits with this vacation apartment: the price-performance ratio, the cozy and comfortable furnishings with attention to detail, cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlord, the quiet location, the outdoor area, and so on. Our children, 15 and 12 years old (who are not only interested in shopping in the city), felt at home and enjoyed the excursions around the Müritz and in the nearby forests. The holiday home is an ideal starting point due to its location. For those who need suggestions, the landlords have compiled an extensive folder with information material.
Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing week that went by far too quickly (there are still excursion destinations left, we will come back)!

Wir 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder waren 2016 für eine Woche in Göhren-Lebbin. Wir haben den Urlaub am Flessensee genossen, auch dank des tollen Ferienhauses. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideal, man geht nicht mal 5 Min bis zum Strand! Das ist ein großer Vorteil, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Gegend, in der das Ferienhaus steht, ist sehr ruhig! Das Ferienhaus ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts!
Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Kurz und gut: eine tolle Woche.
Bei der Anreise zeigte uns der freundliche Vermieter die Wohnung und erklärte sehr geduldig alles Nötige. Die Abreise gestaltete sich auch problemlos.

Kaum zu glauben, aber bei diesem Ferienwohnung stimmt einfach alles: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die gemütliche und komfortable Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieter, die ruhige Lage, die Außenanlage und und und. Auch unsere Kinder, 15 und 12 Jahre alt (die sich nicht nur fürs Shoppen in der City interessieren), haben sich wohlgefühlt und die Ausflüge rund um die Müritz und in die nahe gelegenen Wälder genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist auf Grund seiner Lage ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Für diejenigen, die noch Anregungen brauchen, haben die Vermieter eine umfangreiche Mappe mit Infomaterial zusammengestellt).
Vielen Dank für eine wunderbar erholsame Woche, die viel zu schnell vorbei war (es sind noch Ausflugsziele offen wir werden wiederkommen)!

Wir waren für eine Woche hier zu Gast (Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 12 und 15 Jahren) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, blitzsauber und äußerst gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch toll ist die Außenanlage des Ferienhauses angelegt, sowie die Umgebung (schön ruhig und gut um mal abzuschalten...).
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es bestehen viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten (in der Umgebung, einen Ordner mit Prospekten und Vorschlägen liegen im Ferienhaus vor), auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Das ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus hat alles gehalten, was wir uns im Vorfeld davon versprochen haben. Es war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit vielen nützlichen Tipps versehen. In der näheren Umgebung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Der Fleesensee ist nur 300 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Wir haben die eine Woche sehr genossen, es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Kinder, haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Schon bei der netten Begrüßung durch den Vermieter, haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Das sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus sieht genauso aus, wie im Internet, da wird nicht geschummelt! Die Zimmer sind groß, endlich einmal genug Platz, Schränke und Ablagen für drei Personen, alles gut durchdacht. Für uns immer sehr wichtig: die Sauberkeit! Wir haben noch nie so ein sauberes Urlaubsdomizil gehabt.
Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen und doch nicht alles geschafft, was wir uns vorgenommen hatten. Die Region um den Fleesensee hat viel zu bieten, auch/ gerade für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Einen ganz herzlichen Dank noch einmal, dafür, dass es noch so gewissenhafte Vermieter wie sie gibt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, wenn wir dürfen, weiterempfohlen haben wir sie auch schon.
