Holiday apartment in Waren Müritz for 1 - 5 people. The separate apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated bourgeois house from the year. On the property, there is a seating area with a grill for communal use. In the courtyard, you can easily store your brought or rented bicycles. The large spacious living room (71 sqm) is equipped with LED TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower option in the tub (standing), as well as two bedrooms with double beds. Additional beds can be set up in a bedroom. Modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and everything that goes with it. WLAN, parking space, operating costs, and bicycle storage room are included in the rental price. Green electricity from the in-house photovoltaic system. One WallBox / charging station for electric cars per apartment (consumption billing). Additionally, public parking spaces are available in front of the house. Optional, you can book laundry packages (bed linen included, bath towel, hand towel) for a one-time fee of €10 per person. Generally suitable for allergy sufferers - bedrooms with short-pile, allergy-friendly fitted carpets (tested for pollutants).

The holiday flat is located on the edge of the historic old town of Waren Müritz. It is a 10-minute walk to the Müritz, to the Tiefwarensee, to the beach and to the town centre with several shopping streets and the adjacent marina. Approx. 21500 inhabitants live in the Waren districts. The restaurant directory lists about 70 restaurants, cafés and bars.

Waren Müritz has again held the title of "climatic health resort" since 1999. The town of Waren has a population of approx. The town lies directly between the Tiefwarensee lake and the Müritz river.

With clean air and clear water, it is a paradise for anglers, sailors, surfers, boaters, hikers and cyclists of all kinds. The idyllic old town with a variety of restaurants and shops invites you to linger and shop
